A lens module includes a barrel, a holder, and a ring-shaped elastic member. The barrel includes a connecting portion and a resisting portion, the connecting portion includes a first screw thread. The holder includes a second screw thread engaged with the first screw thread. The ring-shaped elastic member is compressed between the resisting portion of the barrel and the holder. The elastic member includes a number of first segments and a number of second segments, the first segments and the second segments are arranged in an alternate fashion and connected to each other, at least one of the first segments and the second segments is V-shaped.

Lens module

A camera holder includes a supporting frame, a sliding block, and an adjustable assembly. The supporting frame includes a receiving cavity. The sliding block is received in the receiving cavity and slidably attached to the supporting frame. The sliding block and the supporting frame cooperatively support a camera. The adjustable assembly includes a shaft, a gear, a gear rack, a base, and a revolving head. The shaft is attached to the supporting frame. The gear is mechanically coupled to the shaft. The gear rack is meshed with the gear rack. The base is arranged on a horizontal plane and attached to an end of the gear rack to support the supporting frame. The revolving head is attached to the gear, and the revolving head is configured for rotating the gear such that the gear and the gear rack cooperatively raise or lower the camera relative to the horizontal plane.

Camera holder

An exemplary camera module includes a barrel and a holder. The holder includes an accommodating space defined therein. The barrel is received in the accommodating space of the holder. Independent grooves are formed in one of the outer cylindrical surface of the barrel and the inner cylindrical surface the holder. Stripe-shaped protrusions are formed on the other of the outer cylindrical surface of the barrel and the inner cylindrical surface the holder. Each stripe-shaped protrusion is engaged in a respective groove.

Camera module

An exemplary camera module includes a barrel, a holder, and an resilient member. The holder is loosely threadedly coupled to the barrel. The holder has a central axis. The resilient member is positioned between the barrel and the holder. The resilient member is configured for exerting a first elastic force to the barrel and a second elastic force to the holder so that the barrel is fixed with the holder. The first and second elastic forces are in a direction parallel to the central axis of the holder.

A tray assembly includes at least one tray device. The at least one tray device includes an angled top wall and a sidewall connecting with the angled top wall. The angled top wall includes an upper surface defining a plurality of receiving portions. Each receiving portion is configured for receiving a lens holder.

Tray assembly

A lens arrangement includes two lenses. Each lens includes an optical portion having an optical axis, a non-optical portion surrounding the optical portion, and an engagement portion extending along and inclining relative to the optical axis from the non-optical portion. The engagement portions of the lenses are engaged with each other and an included angle is defined between the engagement portions. One of the lenses includes an elastic element which can be flexibly deformed relative to the other lens.

Lens arrangement and lens module using same

A camera module includes a lens barrel assembly and a lens holder. The lens assembly includes a lens barrel and a lens received in the lens barrel. The lens include an optical axis. The lens barrel defines a recess in a sidewall of the lens barrel. The barrel holder includes a peripheral sidewall, an inner flange formed on an inner surface of the peripheral sidewall, and a protrusion extending from the inner flange. The peripheral sidewall of the barrel holder is threadedly engaged with the lens barrel. The protrusion extends in a direction parallel to the optical axis and is inserted in the recess.

A camera module includes a lens barrel, a lens holder, and a focusing spring. The lens barrel includes an operation plate and a first body, and the outer diameter of the operation plate exceeds that of the first body, thereby a staging surface is formed facing the first body. The first body includes an outer surface, and defines an external thread on the outer surface. The lens holder includes a second body, and defining a second receiving hole therethrough. The second body includes an upper surface and an inner surface, and defines an internal thread on the inner surface. The lens barrel is received in the second receiving hole, and the external thread of the lens barrel is screwed and meshed with the internal thread of the lens holder. The focusing spring is compressively interposed between the staging surface and the upper surface.

An exemplary lens module includes a barrel, a holder, and an elastic member. The barrel includes a first cylindrical part and a first threaded part. The first threaded part includes external threads. The barrel further includes a bottom surface facing the image side. The holder includes a second cylindrical part and a second threaded part. The second threaded part includes internal threads. The second cylindrical part includes a collar protruding from the inner cylindrical surface. The collar includes a top surface facing the object side. The barrel is coupled to the holder via the internal threads and the external threads. A fit between the internal threads and the external threads is a clearance fit. The elastic member is sandwiched between the bottom surface of the barrel and the top surface of the collar.

A lens module includes a lens barrel and a lens holder. The lens barrel includes a barrel. The barrel includes an outer surface and an outer thread portion formed on the outer surface. The lens holder includes a main body. The main body defines a receiving space to receive the lens barrel. An inner thread portion matching the outer thread portion is formed on an inner surface of the receiving space. The angle between the outer surface of the lens barrel and an optical axis of the lens module is different from the angle between the inner surface of the receiving space and the optical axis of the lens module.

An exemplary camera module includes a barrel, a holder, and a compressed resilient spring member. The barrel includes a first cylindrical part and a first threaded part. The first threaded part includes external threads. The barrel further includes a first surface facing the object side. The holder includes a second cylindrical part and a second threaded part. The second threaded part includes internal threads. The holder further includes a second surface facing the image side. The barrel is coupled to the holder via the internal threads and the external threads. A fit between the internal threads and the external threads is a clearance fit. The resilient spring member is sandwiched between the first surface of the barrel and the second surface of the holder.

A lens module includes a lens barrel, a number of lenses, a holder and a polygonal filter. The lens barrel includes an annular plate extending inwards from an inner surface thereof. The lenses are received in the lens barrel. The holder holds the barrel and the lenses. The polygonal filter is received in the lens barrel and positioned on the annular plate. The polygonal filter has six or more sides.
