A compound represented by Formula 1, a stereoisomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof may be used for treating or preventing an autoimmune disease or a cancer. The autoimmune disease may be any one selected from the group consisting of inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, graft-versus-host disease, asthma, atopy, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematous and type 1 diabetes. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating dry eye, the pharmaceutical composition including, as an active component, a novel peptide is disclosed, wherein it is confirmed that the peptide has effects on improving tear production and corneal surface smoothness for dry eyes induced by desiccation stress and suppressing detachment of corneal epithelial cells, reduction in conjunctival goblet cells, and generation of inflammatory factors, thereby applying a composition including the peptide as an active component to the pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating dry eye.
