An air distribution system that includes a plenum, which has a bottom wall, a peripheral wall connected to the bottom wall and extending around a periphery of the plenum to define one or more open spaces in the plenum, and one or more connection recesses in the bottom wall adapted to connect to a blower. A top surface of the peripheral wall is configured to contact a bottom surface of a cushion of a vehicle seat to enclose the one or more open spaces.

A blower comprising: (a) a stator including: (i) one or more magnets and (ii) an impeller having a cup that receives the magnet; (b) a stator including: (i) an arbor; and (ii) motor windings; (c) a printed circuit board; and (d) a contact spring that extends between the arbor and the printed circuit board to ground the arbor.

Fan arbor grounding

A blower () comprising: (a) a rotor () including: (i) a magnet () and (ii) a shaft () including a recess on an end of the shaft (); (b) a stator () that at least partially extends within the rotor (); and (c) a compliant member (); wherein the compliant member () extends into the recess and the compliant member () is compliant so that the compliant member () allows the shaft () to move.
