A shim for a work vehicle axle assembly includes a body having a substantially constant extent along a vertical axis and a first recess extending entirely though the body along the vertical axis. The first recess is configured to receive a shaft of a first fastener extending between a kingpin cap of the work vehicle axle assembly and a spindle, the first recess has a fastener-receiving portion and an inlet portion extending from the fastener-receiving portion of the first recess, a diameter of the fastener-receiving portion of the first recess is configured to be substantially equal to a diameter of the shaft of the first fastener, and a width of the inlet portion of the first recess is configured to be less than the diameter of the shaft of the first fastener.

Damper assembly

A system for capturing cleaner intake air for use within an air intake system of a work vehicle may generally include an intake duct defining an inlet for receiving air and at least one actuator associated with the intake duct. The actuator(s) may be configured to move at least a portion of the intake duct so as to adjust a position of the inlet relative to a fixed reference location on the work vehicle. In addition, the system may include at least one sensor configured to monitor an air-related parameter associated with the work vehicle and a controller communicatively coupled to the actuator(s) and the sensor(s). The controller may be configured to actively control the operation of the actuator(s) such that the position of the inlet is adjusted based on the air-related parameter so as to reduce an amount of particulates received within the intake duct.

System and method for capturing cleaner intake air for use within an air intake system of a work vehicle

A clamp for attaching solar panel grids to standing seam roof structures. The clamp includes opposing clamp halves having inter-engageable projections and recesses. One or more fasteners engage the halves to draw them together. A first set of recesses on one clamp half receives a first set of projections on the other half. A second set of recesses on the other clamp half receives a second set of projections. When loose, the first set of projections engage the first set of recesses like a detent, while the second set of projections are spaced apart from the second set of recesses to enable the clamp to be slid down onto the vertical seam of a standing seam roof. Tightening the fasteners causes the second set of projections to deform the seam into the second set of recesses, fixing the clamp to the seam.

A damper assembly includes a fixed rack gear, a rotary gear damper having a gear engaged with the rack gear and a tether movable with the damper along the rack gear and a tether connecting the damper and a movable object to be controlled by the damper. The tether includes enlarged integral ends to secure the tether relative to the damper and the article to be controlled by the damper. A constant force spring interconnects movement of the damper relative to the fixed rack gear.

Viscous strand damper assembly

A damper assembly includes a fixed rack gear, a rotary gear damper having a gear engaged with the rack gear, and a tether movable with the damper along the rack gear and connected to the movable object to be controlled by the damper. A biasing element normally urges the damper away from anti-rotation locking members.

A rotary damper includes a housing and a rotor rotatable in the housing. A clutch is movable toward and away from the housing when said rotor is rotated in first and second directions.
