A generally triangular teething apparatus incorporating slots is provided for receiving and securing a cleaning cloth. The teething apparatus includes a body portion having a teething portion, a cross-bar and a rear bar. A first slot is defined between the teething portion and the cross-bar while a second slot is defined between the cross-bar and the rear bar. The rear bar includes a top flexible bar or flap and a bottom flexible bar or flat that define a third slot therebetween and oriented transverse to the second slot. The teething portion is provided with a series of bumps for therapeutic purposes. There is also method of attaching a cleaning cloth to the teething apparatus by threading the cleaning cloth through the slots.

Snappable wheel holders for environmental control units such as radiators, heaters, fans and air conditioners. Wheel holders can attach wheels to brackets located underneath the units by mateably attaching male protruding ends into female slots. Plastic triangular pieces can snap into openings to lock the wheel holders to the brackets. The brackets can be attached underneath the units by clamping U-bars with wing nuts.

Outdoor high velocity wall and pedestal mounted fans, devices, apparatus, systems and methods of operation. The fans can have water resistant motor housings with at most one rear wall located opening for allowing a power cord to pass therethrough. The switches and pull chains are connected to the fan only through the bottom of the motor housing. The bottom of the motor housing can have a drainage hole for allowing excess moisture to drain therefrom. The motor housing can be stainless steel. Additionally, the motor housing can have a powder coat finish on all parts to reduce corrosion. The motor can be an oversized inverted outdoor rated oscillating motor having improved gear mechanisms for big torques and reduces heat rise during fan operation. The fan can operate under hot and cold temperature extremes as well as during wet and dry environmental conditions.
