In an illustrative embodiment, a panel assembly for partitioning a trailer cargo space is provided including a first insulated panel and a second insulated panel, each insulated panel including a first side vertical edge having a connecting edge, and a second side vertical edge having a connecting edge. One of the insulated panels includes one or more spaced apart vertical cut lines proximate the first side vertical edge, where, when a given cut line is cleaved, the cleaved cut line is configured to form a new second side vertical edge having a connecting edge. A first mating extrusion may secure with a second side vertical edge of the first insulated panel, and a second mating extrusion may secure with a first side vertical edge of the second insulated panel where, upon mating the first and second mating extrusions, an insulated wall is formed.

Divider panel systems and methods for their manufacturing and installation

An improved bulkhead and partition system in which at least two panels are independently attached to mounting members such that each panel can be moved independently. In a preferred embodiment, two bulkheads or panels are slidably attached to separate pairs of ceiling-mounted rails in a refrigerated trailer such that each bulkhead or panel can be independently slid toward the front of a trailer or toward the rear of a trailer to define, in cooperation with a removable center partition wall, a plurality of different cargo areas to be maintained at different temperatures. Alternatively, two bulkheads or panels may advantageously operate without a partition wall such that the panels may be placed side-by-side and fastened together to make a full-width bulkhead.

System and method for partitioning cargo areas

An air return bulkhead may be removably mounted to the front wall of a cargo container such that the air return bulkhead is releasable and securable without the use of handheld tools. Accordingly, in various embodiments the bulkhead may be quickly and easily uninstalled and reinstalled so as to permit system maintenance, such removal of debris from a filter screen.

Some embodiments of a system for partitioning cargo spaces in a temperature-controlled cargo container can include one or more longitudinal panel assemblies with a user-selectable height feature. In such circumstances, a user can readily adjust the overall height of each longitudinal panel assembly while the longitudinal panel assembly is in the trailer so as to accommodate the interior height of the trailer (which might vary from trailer to trailer).

Partitioning cargo spaces

According to one or more embodiments, an insulated liner structure for a vehicle includes a number of lightweight, potentially reusable insulated panels that may be attached to form an insulated enclosure, chamber, shell or other similar interior space. In some embodiments, the panels may be constructed with a lightweight single-layer or multi-layer core covered or surrounded by a flexible fabric skin. The panels may be shaped to substantially conform to the interior cargo area of a vehicle, and may include a floor panel, a roof panel, right and left wall panels, and a rear door panel, each of which may include multiple panels or structures.

System and method for vehicle insulation

Some embodiments of a cargo container door seal system can provide seal members to hinder leakage of conditioned air along the top edge and the side edges of an access door of a temperature-controlled cargo container. For example, the seal system may include mating seal members proximate to a top edge of a roll-up door of a refrigerated trailer, and may also include flexible side seal members proximate to the left and right side edges of the roll-up door.

Some embodiments of a system for separating cargo spaces in a temperature-controlled cargo container (such as a refrigerated trailer) can include first and second panels that are mountable in an interior space of the cargo container by a track-mounting system to movably support the first and second half-width bulkhead panels in the trailer. The first and second panels may have a generally flexible construction to absorb impacts from cargo, forklifts, or the like, but may also include stiffening members that are coupled to the first and second panels to provide added rigidity in particular orientations.

A fishing jig with a hook that has an oversized eye and a jig head that has a funnel-shaped lead-in area. The oversized eye makes it easy to insert the fishing line into the eye. The funnel-shaped lead-in area is used to guide the line directly into the eye of the hook.

An apparatus for lifting or moving a partition or panel may in one embodiment include a frame that is mountable to an interior surface of a cargo area and a locking mechanism comprised of smooth and knurled guide and locking pins through which a strap is fed. In preferred embodiments at least one knurled locking pin can slide between a locking position which inhibits strap movement and a non-locking position in which the strap is substantially free to slide through the lift mechanism. In certain embodiments a knurled locking pin may be operable to slide into a locking position when a load is placed on a lifting end of the strap, such as when the strap is connected to a panel which is being lifted or moved. The knurled locking pin may also be operable to slide to a non-locking position when a user pulls on the opposite end of the strap.
