The invention relates to a swivel lever device for actuating a closure apparatus, in particular a bolt-closure means and/or bar-closure means, of an access control device, in particular a door and/or hatch, having: a housing for fastening the swivel lever device, in particular to the access control device, and a swivel lever for actuating the closure apparatus, the swivel lever be movable relative to the housing between an arresting position and an actuation position for actuating the closure apparatus, the swivel lever in the actuation position being pivotable about an actuation axis relative to the housing, a locking mechanism for securing the swivel lever against unauthorised movement from the arresting position into the actuation position being provided, and the locking mechanism comprising at least one locking element, which can be moved between a locked position for interlockingly blocking the movement of the swivel lever from the arresting position to the actuation position and an unlocked position for releasing the movement of the swivel lever from the arresting position into the actuation position. To achieve better protection against damage and contamination, according to the invention the locking element includes at least one locking magnet for moving the locking element from the locked position into the unlocked position by means of the magnetic interaction between the locking magnet and at least one unlocking magnet of a corresponding key unit.

An LED ring or light guide for a mechanical or mechatronic closure system that includes an actuating means, such as socket wrench receptacle or swivel handle, which is rotatably supported in a housing or tray. The LED ring or light guide also includes a retaining nut or bearing piece that can be screwed on with the housing or with the tray with the intermediary of a thin wall such as door panel of a sheet-metal cabinet or sheet-metal housing. A light ring surrounds a flange of the housing or of the tray, and a flexible foil is arranged between light ring and thin wall. The flexible foil carries light emitting diodes (LEDs) and relays the light thereof. A closure indicator integrated in the actuating means is achieved in this way.

Disclosed is a method for producing light-guiding LED bodies in a mold, using a material that is flowable before becoming definitively solid. Each LED body comprises at least one light-emitting chip and at least two electrical connections that are connected to the chip. At least one flowable material is fed into the mold in chronologically separate steps via at least one of at least two locations. In a first step, the flowable material is fed into the mold so as to flow around the chip and the connections in that area. In further steps, one or several flowable materials are fed into areas other than the one in which the chip and connections are located. The inventive method for producing light-guiding LED bodies allows virtually all produced luminescent diodes to have the same optical characteristics and prevents the individual LED electronics from being spoiled through damage.

Method for the production of light-guiding LED bodies in two chronologically separate stages

The invention relates to a method for producing light-guiding LED bodies, in two casting and/or injection molding steps, from a material which is free-flowing before being finally solidified. First, the electronic components, consisting of at least one light-emitting chip and at least two electrical terminals connected to said chip, are coated by means of casting or injection molding, and are then recoated by means of casting or injection moulding, at least in one region, in a larger LED end mold. The present invention provides a method for the production of light-guiding LED bodies, whereby almost all light-emitting diodes produced have the same optical characteristics, and rejection caused by damage of the individual LED electronic elements is avoided.

Method for producing light-guiding LED bodies in two spatially and temporally separate steps

The invention relates to a method for producing light-conducting LED bodies by injection molding into a mold of a material that is fusible prior to final solidification. Each LED body comprises at least one light-emitting chip and at least two wire-shaped electrodes that are electrically connected to the chip. The injection mold is evacuated via at least one opening per LED after positioning the electronic parts and closing. The evacuation opening is disposed in the proximity of the electrodes in the bottom area of the LED. The fusible material is injected between the bottom area and the chip or the reflector trough at least approximately parallel to the chip surface and at least approximately normal to a surface embodied by two electrodes, with the center line of the injection stream running between two electrodes. The inventive method for producing light-conducting LED bodies prevents the LED electronics from being damaged during normal performance of the injection molding process.
