A shackle for fastening an aircraft engine including a ball joint with a pin including a ring including a first bore and a sleeve assembled in the first bore and having a second bore configured to receive the pin and the diameter of which progressively increases to have a flared inner surface at each of its ends, the fastening shackle being arranged such that a spherical outer surface of the ring bears an anti-friction coating produced on a region extending beyond the contact region with the body of the shackle, this first region being bordered by rims forming a projection around the coating, and/or the second bore bears an anti-friction coating on a region extending beyond its contact region with the pin, this region being bordered by rims forming a projection around this anti-friction coating, at the ends of the flared inner surface.

A slide includes a carriage, a guide, and interposed pads allowing the carriage to be moved in translation in a longitudinal direction by relative sliding of the pads on contact surfaces distributed symmetrically on both sides of two planes: a horizontal plane parallel to the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction and a median plane parallel to the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction. The contact surfaces are oriented so as to form with the horizontal plane an angle between 30&#xb0; and 70&#xb0; inclusive.

An adjustment interface inserted between a first part made of nickel or made of nickel alloy or made of cobalt-chromium alloy in relative motion with a second part made of nickel or made of nickel alloy or made of cobalt-chromium alloy. The interface includes a first adjustment layer on one of the two parts and has a composition that makes it possible, with the friction with the other part, to create a glaze-type layer. A second adjustment layer is deposited on the second part for cooperation with the first layer to act as a catalyst for the oxide formed by friction with the first layer. The first glaze layer of the interface improves the sliding of the parts under friction. The catalyst function provided by the second layer makes it possible to stabilize the oxide formed by friction and to thus ensure a lubrication function over an extended high-temperature range.

A method for treatment of two surfaces, each surface belonging to a metal part which is designed to be painted, the two surfaces being secured adjacent to one another or one on top of the other. The treatment method comprising a sandblasting step during which each surface is subjected to sandblasting, a projection step during which each surface thus sandblasted is subjected to thermal projection of an aluminum alloy, such as to compensate for the divergences between the two surfaces, and a finishing step during which the layer of aluminum alloy thus projected is subjected to mechanical finishing, such as to constitute a coating with a homogeneous surface.
