The Mill-Right system is a hydraulic control system that optimizes drilling performance by controlling speed and force at the drill bit. It controls 3 drilling parameters through integrated software. 1) Weight on Bit (WOB); 2) Rate of Penetration (ROP); and 3) Differential Pressure (DP).

Mill-right system

A coiled tubing injector apparatus for inserting and/or removing coiled tubing from a well head comprising a first injector column and a second injector column forming a central pathway within a frame. The first and second injector columns each comprise an inner and outer band, the outer band containing a plurality of rolling elements for engaging the coiled tubing and the inner band creating drive force to energize the outer band. The inner band further comprises a wear plate designed to sustain the majority of wear for less costly maintenance and repair of injection heads.

Coil tubing injector apparatus and method

A combination of a carrier block and gripper block is disclosed. The gripper block includes a first side and a second side spaced apart from the first side, and an upper surface spanning the distance between the first side and the second side. The upper surface includes a gripping surface. The gripper block includes at least one recess positioned in at least one of the first side and the second side of the gripper block, the at least one recess including an engagement surface. A retention device includes a retention feature proximate the first end and extending laterally away from a longitudinal axis of the retention device. The carrier block includes at least one retention recess disposed at least partially through the carrier block, the at least one retention recess being configured to receive a second end of the retention device.

Carrier block and gripper block for coiled tubing assembly

Methods and apparatuses for mounting and/or removing carrier blocks from coiled tubing injector chains are needed. The carrier blocks are operable for supporting coil tubing grippers. The method and/or apparatus utilizes an assembled coiled tubing injector head chain assembly and/or mounting or removing the carrier blocks with respect to the coiled tubing injector head chain assembly.
