A wireless charging apparatus includes a receive end coil, a switch selection circuit, a plurality of charging circuits, and a receive end controller. An input end of the switch selection circuit is connected to an output end of the receive end coil, and an output end of the switch selection circuit is connected to an input end of each of the charging circuits.

A battery protection apparatus power protection apparatus is configured to protect an electrochemical cell connected to a load, and includes a protection IC, a switching transistor group, and a sampling resistor. The protection IC includes two power input terminals respectively connected to positive and negative electrodes of the electrochemical cell, and an operational amplifier, where the operational amplifier includes a positive input pin, a negative input pin, and an output pin. The switching transistor group is connected between the negative electrode of the electrochemical cell and the load, and is configured to control turn-on and turn-off of a charge and discharge circuit of the electrochemical cell. The sampling detection resistor Rs is serially connected between the sampling circuit detection terminal and the output pin, where the main circuit detection terminal is connected to the positive input pin, and the sampling circuit detection terminal is connected to the negative input pin.

Example devices are described. One example device includes a battery. The battery includes a battery charging port, a battery discharging port, a battery negative port, a protection integrated circuit, a control switch, and an electrochemical cell. The battery charging port and the battery discharging port are ports independent of each other. The battery charging port is connected to a first electrode of the electrochemical cell, and a second electrode of the electrochemical cell is connected to a first end of the control switch, and a second end of the control switch is connected to the battery negative port. The protection integrated circuit is connected in parallel to electrodes of the electrochemical cell, and the protection integrated circuit is further connected to a third end of the control switch. The battery discharging port is connected to the first electrode of the electrochemical cell.

Example batteries, terminals, and charging systems are described. One example battery includes a battery charging port, a battery discharging port, a battery negative port, an overcurrent protection element, a protection integrated circuit, a control switch, and an electrochemical cell. The battery charging port is connected to a positive electrode of the electrochemical cell. The control switch is connected in series between a negative electrode of the electrochemical cell and the battery negative port. The protection integrated circuit is connected in parallel to two ends of the electrochemical cell. The protection integrated circuit is further connected to the control switch so as to send a control signal to the control switch. In addition, the overcurrent protection element is connected in series between the battery discharging port and the positive electrode of the electrochemical cell. The battery provided in the present application has both a charging path and a discharging path.

A charging method, a terminal, a charger, and a system, includes: obtaining, by a terminal, a charging mode supported by a charger connected to the terminal; when the charging mode supported by the charger includes an open-loop fast charging mode, detecting, by the terminal, whether both the terminal and the charger are in an open loop state; when both the terminal and the charger are in the open loop state, sending, by the terminal, an open-loop fast charging instruction to the charger; and receiving, by the terminal, a voltage and a current that are transmitted by the charger according to the open-loop fast charging instruction, and performing charging in the open-loop fast charging mode. When determining that the charger supports charging in the open-loop fast charging mode, the terminal is adjusted to the open loop state to perform charging, so as to shorten a charging time and improve user experience.

Fast charging method, terminal, charger, and system with open loop control

A charging circuit in a terminal, or a charging system, is respectively coupled to a charger, a terminal load, and a battery. The charging circuit includes a first adjustment circuit, a current detection circuit, a voltage detection circuit, and a control circuit. A first end of the first adjustment circuit is coupled to the charger, a second end of the first adjustment circuit is further coupled to the terminal load, a third end of the first adjustment circuit is coupled to the control circuit, and a second end of the current detection circuit is coupled to a positive electrode of the battery.

A resonant power converter and a frequency tracking method for a resonant power converter are disclosed to determine a resonant status of the resonant power converter by sampling a secondary current, thereby controlling frequency of a drive signal. Therefore, the frequency of the drive signal tracks resonant frequency of the resonant power converter. The resonant power converter includes an inverter branch, which connected to the inverter branch, a transformer connected to the resonant branch, and a rectification and filtering branch connected to the transformer. A primary side of the transformer is connected to the resonant branch, and a secondary side of the transformer is connected to the rectification and filtering branch. A detection branch is connected to both the secondary side of the transformer and the rectification and filtering branch.

Resonant power converter and frequency tracking method for resonant power converter

A system comprises an input power stage coupled to a primary side of a transformer, an output power stage coupled to a secondary side of a transformer, a first common node capacitor and a common node resistor connected in series between a midpoint of the secondary side of the transformer and ground and a detector having an input connected to a common node of the first common node capacitor and the common node resistor, and an output connected to a control circuit, wherein the control circuit is configured to dynamically adjust a switching frequency of the system based upon an output of the detector.

Apparatus and efficiency point tracking method for high efficiency resonant converters

A method comprises connecting a first resonant converter and a second resonant converter in parallel, detecting a first signal indicating a first soft switching process of the first resonant converter and a second signal indicating a second soft switching process of the second resonant converter and adjusting a first switching frequency of the first resonant converter by a first control circuit and a second switching frequency of the second resonant converter by a second control circuit until a load current flowing through the first resonant converter is substantially equal to a load current flowing through the second resonant converter.

A method comprises providing a buck-boost converter comprising a first high-side switch and a first low-side switch connected in series across an input capacitor, a second high-side switch and a second low-side switch connected in series across an output capacitor and an inductor coupled between a common node of the first high-side switch and the first low-side switch, and a common node of the second high-side switch and the second low-side switch, detecting a first voltage resonance waveform across a switch of the buck-boost converter and turning on the switch of the buck-boost converter when the first voltage resonance waveform falls to zero.
