A system comprises a virtual environment device and an entity device. The virtual environment device receives interaction initiate message from an avatar being operated in a virtual environment. The interaction initiate message includes a request to provide a particular resource to a user in the real world, identity token indicating the identities of the user and the entity, and interaction token indicating information on providing the particular resource to the user. The virtual environment device communicates an interaction request message to the entity device, where the interaction request message includes portion(s) of the interaction initiate message and an authentication token that is generated based on user physical attributes and avatar virtual attributes. The system verifies that the user initiated the interaction initiate message based on evaluating the authentication token. In response, the system provides the requested resource to the user.

Virtual environment-to-real world secured communication channel

A system for transitioning an interaction session initiated within a metaverse to a real-world environment to complete the interaction session comprises a metaverse server in communication with an entity server. The metaverse server receives an interaction request from an avatar to initiate an interaction session with an entity within a virtual environment. The metaverse server generates an instruction token for a user instruction and a session identifier for the interaction session. The metaverse server obtains a user identity token from the entity and authorizes the avatar to interact with the entity. The metaverse server conducts the first interaction between the avatar and the entity and generates a first interaction token for the first interaction. The entity server validates the user identity token and the first interaction token from the user device in the real-world environment. The entity server conducts a second interaction with the user to complete the interaction session.
