Systems and methods for quality monitoring of pallets

A flexible sensor label including a reservoir chamber configured to store an activation medium. The flexible sensor label includes an irreversible chamber configured to store a first indicator medium. The first indicator medium is altered in response to the activation medium being released and the flexible sensor label being exposed to a first condition associated with the first indicator medium. The flexible sensor label includes a reversible chamber configured to store a second indicator medium. The second indicator medium is altered in response to the activation medium being released and the flexible sensor label being exposed to a second condition associated with the second indicator medium.

Flexible time-temperature sensing label system

An environment monitoring method including measuring data from a plurality of sensors, wherein each of the plurality of sensors includes a unique identifier (UID). The method further includes instructing each of the plurality of sensors to measure data. The method also includes receiving the measured data from each of the plurality of sensors. The method then calculates a product degradation value of a product based on the measured data and compares the product degradation value with a threshold product degradation value. In response to the product degradation value of the product exceeding the threshold produce degradation value, the method generates and sends an alert to a device.

Systems and methods for environmental monitoring of supply chains

A mobile monitoring device includes a communication module including transmitter functionality to transmit data and receiver functionality to receive data and a data extraction module that is configured to extract a cell tower identification from the received data. An electronic indicator includes a circuit having an environmentally sensitive component having a sensing component treated with or containing a material so as to be sensitive to an environmental condition. The material can be a colloidal polymer that is reactive with an environment to cause a change in a characteristic of the environmentally sensitive component. The circuit is configured to detect the change and to communicate the change.

One computer readable medium embodiment includes computer readable instructions stored thereon for execution by a device to perform a method of environmental data collection. The method can include receiving environmental data and associated time data. The method can also include aggregating time data into categories of environmental data within, above, and below a range. The method can further include outputting the aggregated and categorized time data.

Environmental data collection

One apparatus embodiment includes an electronic assembly, equipped to sense one or more changes in an environmental condition. The assembly includes a logic circuit coupled to: one or more environmental sensors, memory that provides data storage, and a wireless communicator. The logic circuit is configured to perform time measurement, perform environmental measurement with the one or more environmental sensors, store time-stamped environmental data in the memory, and communicate with particular other electronic assemblies, equipped to sense one or more changes in an environmental condition, via the wireless communicator. The logic circuit is also coupled to a power source that provides power to at least one of the logic circuit and the wireless communicator.

Environmental sensing and communication

The present disclosure includes various method, device, and system embodiments for meat processing. One such method embodiment includes obtaining animal data for an animal selected to have a solution introduced into its circulatory system in a rinsing process and determining an insertion location based on the animal data. This method embodiment also includes establishing a fluid conduit from a reservoir through the insertion location into the circulatory system of the selected animal by inserting a cannula in fluid communication with the reservoir through the insertion location. The method further includes activating flow of a solution from the reservoir through the fluid conduit to introduce the solution into the circulatory system of the animal.

Meat processing

One apparatus embodiment includes an electronics assembly including an environmental sensor, memory that provides data storage, a logic circuit, an indicator component, and a power source for providing power to at least one of the logic circuit and the memory. The logic circuit can be designed to perform a time measurement, perform an environmental measurement with the environmental sensor, and/or initiate an alarm status when a calculated alarm event time occurs based upon the environmental measurement. The indicator component can be connected to the logic circuit for displaying the alarm status.
