Provided is a foundation building system for an offshore wind turbine, whereby a monopile is configured to be placed on the seabed, having an upper portion with a first attachment interface for attaching a foundation platform unit, at least one internal, second attachment interface in an interior cavity of the monopile for attaching at least one electrical platform unit, and a third attachment interface for attaching a tower of the offshore wind turbine atop the at least one electrical platform unit, wherein the upper portion is to be placed at least partly above sea level, the foundation platform unit providing at least one foundation platform extending around the tower when installed, and the at least one electrical platform unit comprising at least one platform for electrical equipment for guiding and/or connecting of an connection cable for connecting the offshore wind turbine.

The rotor blade is connected to a hub of the wind turbine. An aerodynamic member of the spoiler is attached onto the base member, wherein at least the mounting of the base member onto the rotor blade is performed prior to the connecting of the rotor blade to the hub.

A Compact Secondary Substation including a fault protection system and a method for fault protection in Compact Secondary Substations (CSS). The CSS includes a Ring Main Unit (RMU), a transformer and a Low Voltage (LV) switchgear. The CSS includes a number of detectors, which detectors can be placed at least in one of the RMU, the transformer or in the LV switchgear, which detectors can be connected to a control unit, which control unit by fault detection by the detectors can activate a fast operating switch for grounding. By using the fast operating grounding switch and controlling this on the basis of the detectors placed inside the CSS, an active arc fault protection is achieved. The control unit also controls the fast operating grounding switch so that it works as a working grounding switch.

A transformer station is disclosed comprising a foundation plate and a building with a transformer positioned on top of the foundation plate. The foundation plate is provided with a docking station comprising a first electrical connector. The building with the transformer is provided with a corresponding second electrical connector configured for direct mating with the first electrical connector when the building is placed onto the foundation plate. The transformer station is installed by: providing the foundation plate with a docking station having a first electrical connector; providing the building with a corresponding second electrical connector for connection with the first electrical connector; and placing the building onto the foundation plate with the first and second electrical connectors mating to each other.
