A chair includes a deformable seat shell forming a seat part and a backrest, and further includes a frame, the seat part being connected to the frame by means of a first pivot joint and the backrest being connected to the frame by means of a second pivot joint, the pivot joints allowing a twisting of the seat part and of the backrest relative to the frame caused by a deformation of the seat shell. The second pivot joint is connected to the backrest centrally in relation to the transverse direction of the chair.

A seating furniture product, with a support surface unit which forms a seat part and a backrest connected directly to the seat part, and with a frame, wherein the seat part is connected to the frame by means of a swivel joint allowing a rotation about a swivel axis aligned transversely to the seating furniture product and the backrest is connected to the frame by a fastening point, is characterized in that the distance between the fastening point and the swivel joint can be changed in terms of the vertical direction of the seating furniture product, such that changing this distance is accompanied by a change in the inclination alignment of the seat part.

A chair includes a seat and a seat mechanism, the seat being coupled to the seat mechanism in such a manner that the seat is, in a front end region, pivotably supported about a first axis of rotation orientated parallel with the axis of a user's knees. In its front end region, the seat is also supported on the seat mechanism so as to be rotatable about a second axis of rotation orientated perpendicularly to the first axis of rotation.

The invention relates to a chair with a seat, a base support and a backrest, wherein the seat is pivotably mounted on the base support and the backrest is pivotably mounted on the seat, and a first spring system is provided between the base support and the seat and a second spring system is provided between the seat and the backrest. Furthermore, means are provided for adjusting the spring behavior of the two spring systems so that the pivotability of the seat in relation to the base support and the pivotability of the backrest in relation to the seat can be adapted to different requirements, especially to users of different weights.

The invention relates to a chair with a seat, a base support and a backrest, wherein the seat is mounted on the base support so as to be pivotable about a first pivoting axis and the backrest is mounted on the seat so as to be pivotable about a second pivoting axis. The two pivoting axes are arranged so as to be displaceable relative to one another in order to be able to change the seat depth.

The chair according to the invention has a seat and a seat mechanism, wherein the seat and the seat mechanism are formed so that, during the sideways pivoting movement of the seat, the one side of the seat is movable independently of the other side of the seat, wherein the seat is mounted so as to be pivotable about a pivoting or rotation axis lying parallel to the knee axis of the user.
