Gripper for gripping a thin-walled aerosol can blank, having a base body which is made of a solid material and which has a bore passing through it along a central axis, an inner surface of the bore being provided with a circumferential radial groove extending outwards in the radial direction, and having a rubber-impregnated workpiece which is received in the radial groove, which has a radially inner gripping surface and a radially outer working surface, the working surface, together with mutually opposite axial surfaces of the radial groove and a radially outer circumferential surface of the radial groove, delimiting a fluid working space, wherein an integrally formed circumferential sealing profile is formed on the gripping ring adjacent to the working surface.

Gripping device

A transport device and a method for producing a coin with use of the transport device. The transport device is used to transport blanks to a minting station. A drivable first transport part having a plurality of first transport pockets is provided. A first clearance exists between the outer contour of the blank and the inner contour of the first transport pocket. The transport device has a second transport part having a plurality of second transport pockets. A second clearance is provided between the outer contour of the blank and the inner contour of the second transport pocket. The second clearance is larger than the first clearance. The blanks are transferred at a transfer location from a particular first transport pocket into a second transport pocket. The blanks are transported in the second transport pocket to the minting station, and a coin is minted there from the blank.

Transport device for transporting coin blanks and method for producing a coin

A forming device and a method for forming an inner rim of an annular round blank. The forming device has a lower tool with a movable die and an upper tool arranged opposite the lower tool along a working axis A. By means of the die, the annular round blank is moved out of a transport plane T and into a forming position U towards the upper tool and into the interior of a holding sleeve. Subsequently, the inner rim is formed with the aid of a forming tool. After forming, the annular round blank is moved out of the forming position U and back into the transport plane T by means of the lower tool and/or the upper tool. The forming device and the forming method can occur while the round blanks are being fed to an embossing station while being transported by a revolving table.

Testing device for testing coin blanks

A device and a method for forming hollow cylindrical bodies. The device has a plurality of stations. A tool is allocated to each station. The tools are arranged on a common carrier. The tool can be moved between two reversing positions via a main drive. This reciprocating movement is executed intermittently. One of the two reversing positions forms a rest position in which the tool carrier stops in a rest phase. While the tool carrier stops in a rest position in the rest phase, a transport device transports the bodies from one station to the respective next station.

Device and method for forming hollow cylindrical bodies

A forming device for cup-shaped hollow bodies having a machine frame, a drive device, a workpiece rotary table for accommodating hollow bodies and a tool holder for accommodating processing tools, wherein the workpiece rotary table and the tool holder face one another and can be turned about a rotational axis in relation to one another and can be linearly moved in relation to one another along the rotational axis, and wherein the drive device comprises first drive means for providing a rotary step movement and second drive means for providing a cyclical linear movement between workpiece rotary table and tool holder to enable the hollow bodies to be formed by means of the processing tools in a plurality of consecutive processing steps.
