The present invention relate to a caterpillar track, in particular a rubber caterpillar track, with a track body ad with at least one outer profiling element, preferable with a plurality of outer profiling elements, which are directed outwardly away from the track body. The caterpillar track is characterized in that the outer profiling element has an outwardly directed grouser body and a grouser root, which connects the grouser body to the track body, wherein the outer profiling element has, at least in some sections, a marking which can make the boundary between the grouser body and the grouser root visually and haptically identifiable.

The present invention relates to a pouch conveyor belt with a conveyor belt body, preferably an elastomer conveyor belt body, which is designed to hold a conveyed material in the interior of the closed pouch conveyor belt. The pouch conveyor belt is characterized in that the conveyor belt body comprises at least one sensor element which is configured to detect at least the temperature of the conveyor belt body at the location of the sensor element.

The present invention relates to a pouch conveyor belt () with a conveyor belt body (), preferably an elastomer conveyor belt body (), which is designed to hold a conveyed material () in the interior () of the closed pouch conveyor belt (). The present invention relates to a belt or a belt segment having a plurality of strength supports. The strength supports run in the longitudinal direction (X) and are disposed so as to be mutually parallel. A connection element which forms one end of the belt or the belt segment and is configured for connecting to a further connection element of the other end of the belt or to one end of a further belt segment, it being possible for the ends of the strength supports to be held in a force-fitting manner by the connection element by way of press-fitting. The belt or the belt segment includes a part-region of the connection element which is configured as a tool region, in order to serve as a tool part during press-fitting of the ends of the strength supports in the connection element.

A repair, conversion or retrofit kit includes at least two continuously closable replacement baler belts which correspond substantially in their combined width to the width of a continuously closed baler belt to be replaced. The replacement baler belts may be closable in a force-fitting and/or form-fitting manner by a connecting means, and the connecting means may be at least partially hook connectors. In some embodiments, the repair, conversion or retrofit kit further includes at least one guide means arranged on the round baler such that at least two replacement baler belts each extend laterally with respect to the at least one guide means, and the at least two replacement baler belts are guided laterally with respect to one another. In some cases, the guide means is an auxiliary guide disk arranged on a rotatable shaft of the round baler.

Repair, conversion or retrofit kit for a round baler

A belt, such as a round baler belt, includes a core region, and at least one peripheral region arranged transversely to a longitudinal direction of the belt, where the peripheral region has a protective element at least sectionally, and the belt is continuously closed in the longitudinal direction. In some cases, the protective element is arranged around the entire continuously closed circumference in the longitudinal direction. The protective element may be stretched more in the longitudinal direction than the core region. The protective element may be a metal element, and in some cases, is a steel wire. Further, the protective element may be configured in an interrupted manner in the longitudinal direction. In some cases, a plurality of protective elements are arranged in a manner overlapping one another sectionally in the longitudinal direction.

Belt that is continuously closed in the longitudinal direction, in particular round baler belt

A belt, such as a round baler belt, includes an internal region, an external region, a core region arranged between the internal region and the external region, and at least one peripheral region arranged transversely to longitudinal direction of the round baler belt. The peripheral region is arranged at least partially between the internal region and the external region, and the belt is continuously closed in the longitudinal direction. The peripheral region may be arranged entirely between the internal region and the external region. In some cases, at least one peripheral region is two peripheral regions located opposite one another transversely to the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the core region may be continuously wound, and even formed of reinforcing fabric. In some aspects, the internal region and/or the external region and/or a peripheral region and/or both peripheral regions contain an elastomeric material.

A rubber continuous annular baler press belt is made of at least one of rubber and rubber-like materials. The press belt includes an embedded core of a reinforcing fabric and has at least two individual superimposed fabric layers (). The ends of each fabric layer mutually abut and do not overlap each other at the abutment location. The abutment locations () are arranged over the periphery of the press belt so as to be offset from each other.

Continuous annular baler press belt and method for the production thereof

An annular baler for agricultural use includes at least one annular baler belt made of rubber or rubber-like materials with an embedded core defining a reinforcement. The annular baler belt has ventilation bores which are distributed in a regular or irregular pattern around the periphery thereof and extend through the annular baler belt.
