The tank flap of an automobile is locked via a wire spring with which an extension connected to the tank flap will cooperate. A spring-biased locking body keeps the wire spring in the releasing position when the tank flap initially is forced inwards.

Locking system for a fuel door housing

A neck rest for a seat of an automobile has a neck rest body which includes a neck rest cushion and at least two neck rest rods connected with the neck rest body, the neck rest rods being accommodated in the back rest of the seat. Each of the neck rest rod has a support portion attached thereto. The neck rest body includes a housing which has a front wall and a rear wall, the cushion being attached to an outer side of the front wall and the rear wall, with the support portion being located in the housing between the front and the rear walls. The housing is moveable between a basic position and an extended position.

Expandable crash-active neck rest

A neck rest includes a first support, a second support pivotably supported on the first support, and third support displaceably supported on the second support between a lower and an upper position. A controllable locking mechanism retains the third support in the lower position, the locking mechanism being unlocked when the second support has a attained a predetermined pivot angle. A stop is placed between second and/or third support and first support to prevent a pivoting of the second and the third supports towards the first support when the second and third supports have a attained their extended position.

Neck rest for the seats of automobiles

An automobile-seat headrest has a fixed support enclosed by a fixed pad and two rods which are connected to the support and which are received in the headrest bushes in a seat backrest, a second support for a displaceable pad being displaceably resting in the fixed support and allowing to set the displaceable pad between a retracted position at least partly received in the fixed pad and an advanced position, and vice-versa, wherein the displaceable pad is advanced relative to the fixed pad toward the head of the seated person, a drive device being provided to set the displaceable head pad into the advanced position.
