Antifungal solution and foot wipe

The present application relates to a rinse-off composition comprising an oil phase and an aqueous surfactant matrix, wherein one or more active agents are dissolved in one or more non-polar, water-immiscible solvents, and the oil phase is dispersed in the aqueous surfactant matrix. The present application also relates to methods of delivering the active agent(s) to a subject in need thereof topically, for example to the skin, the hair, and scalp. A topical composition comprising from about 0.05% to about 10.0% by weight of Arnica oil, from about 5.0% to about 20.0% by weight of a notoginseng herb comprising dammarane-type ginsenosides, from about 0.05% to about 10% by weight of a compound comprising cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethiconol, and a cosmetically acceptable aqueous carrier.
