A method for producing polyamide particles may include: mixing a mixture comprising a polyamide, a carrier fluid that is immiscible with the polyamide, and nanoparticles at a temperature greater than a melting point or softening temperature of the polyamide and at a shear rate sufficiently high to disperse the polyamide in the carrier fluid; cooling the mixture to below the melting point or softening temperature of the polyamide to form solidified particles comprising polyamide particles having a circularity of 0.90 or greater and that comprise the polyamide and the nanoparticles associated with an outer surface of the polyamide particles; and separating the solidified particles from the carrier fluid.

Polyamide particles and methods of production and uses thereof

A method of making thermoplastic polymer particles may include mixing in an extruder a mixture comprising a thermoplastic polymer and a carrier fluid that is immiscible with the thermoplastic polymer at a temperature greater than a melting point or softening temperature of the thermoplastic polymer and at a shear rate sufficiently high to disperse the thermoplastic polymer in the carrier fluid; cooling the mixture to below the melting point or softening temperature of the thermoplastic polymer to form solidified particles comprising thermoplastic polymer particles having a circularity of 0.90 or greater and that comprise the thermoplastic polymer; and separating the solidified particles from the carrier fluid.

A printing system for producing at least one three dimensional (3D) printed part is described. The printing system includes a deposition system configured to continuously deposit a layer onto a cylinder to outwardly extend a diameter of the cylinder, wherein the layer comprises a first pattern. The printing system also includes a rotating system configured to rotate the cylinder, and a control system configured to synchronize the deposition system with the cylinder.

Apparatus for continuous high-speed 3D printing

A method of providing high-speed three dimensional (3D) printing is described. The method includes producing at least one three dimensional (3D) printed part. Provided is a method of forming a conductive polymer composite. The method includes forming a mixture. The mixture includes a first thermoplastic polymer, a second thermoplastic polymer and a plurality of metal particles. The first thermoplastic polymer and the second thermoplastic polymer are immiscible with each other. The plurality of metal particles include at least one metal that is immiscible with both the first thermoplastic polymer and the second thermoplastic polymer. The method includes heating the mixture to a temperature greater than or equal to a melting point of the metal.

An ink composition for use in digital offset printing including at least one component selected from the group consisting of a curable monomer and a curable oligomer; an optional dispersant; an optional photoinitiator; and at least one non-radiation curable additive, wherein the non-radiation curable additive is a detergent or an emulsifying agent, or wherein the non-radiation curable additive functions as a detergent or emulsifying agent when in the presence of a cleaning fluid, and wherein the non-radiation curable additive is a solid at a temperature of from about 20&#xb0; C. to about 40&#xb0; C.

The present teachings according to various embodiments provides a support material for 3D printing. The support material includes poly(alkylene carbonate) having a decomposition temperature of from 100&#xb0; C. to about 300&#xb0; C.

3D printing support structures incorporating sacrificial materials

A method for providing high-speed three dimensional (3D) printing is provided. The method includes producing at least one three dimensional (3D) printed part. Producing the 3D part includes continuously constructing to extend outwardly a diameter of a rotating cylindrical core via continuous deposition of a layer, and defining a first pattern in the continuously deposited layer corresponding to a cross-section of the at least one 3D printed part.

A support material for use in additive manufacturing includes greater than about 30 weight percent up to about 70 weight percent of a Cto Cfatty alcohol ethoxylate, about 30 weight percent to about 70 weight percent of a Cto Cfatty alcohol, and a tackifier, a transition temperature measured as the temperature immediately before phase change, based on viscosity measurement, is less than about 65&#xb0; C. A system for additive manufacturing includes such a support material and a build material, the ratio of Cto Cfatty alcohol ethoxylate to Cto Cfatty alcohol is selected for property matching of the support material to the build material. A method of additive manufacturing includes providing such a system and printing via an inkjet printer the support material and the build material to provide a precursor to a three-dimensional printed article.

Removable support material comprising tackifier for additive manufacturing

The present teachings include powder coating including a plurality of core/shell particles. Each particle of plurality of core/shell particles has a size of from about 3 microns to about 100 microns. Each particle of the plurality of core/shell particles has a core including a cross-linkable crystalline polyester resin having a melting temperature of less than about 150&#xb0; C. Each particle of the plurality of core/shell particles has a shell including a cross-linkable amorphous polyester resin having a glass transition temperature greater than 40&#xb0; C. Each particle of the plurality of core/shell particles includes a thermal initiator.

An aqueous ink composition including water; an optional co-solvent; an optional colorant; a sulfonated polyester; and an isoprene rubber. An aqueous ink composition including water; an optional co-solvent; a sulfonated polyester, wherein the sulfonated polyester has a degree of sulfonation of at least about 3.5 mol percent; and an isoprene rubber. A process including combining a sulfonated polyester resin, having a degree of sulfonation of at least about 3.5 mol percent, water, an optional co-solvent, and an isoprene rubber to form an aqueous ink composition, wherein the ink composition is substantially colorless.

Waterborne clear ink compositions

The present teachings according to various embodiments provides a support material for 3D printing. The support material includes poly(alkylene carbonate) having a decomposition temperature of from 100 &#xb0; C. to about 300 &#xb0; C.

A conductive polymer composite includes: a thermoplastic polymer; a plurality of carbon nanotubes; and a plurality of metallic particulates in an amount ranging from about 0.5% to about 80% by weight relative to the total weight of the conductive polymer composite.
