An accumulator for a hybrid or electric vehicle may include a housing having two shell-shaped housing parts abutting one another in a Z direction and forming an interior of the housing, a plurality of battery modules having a plurality of battery cells arranged in the interior of the housing, and at least one cooling device having a cooling chamber, through which a fluid is flowable, a fluid inlet for introducing the fluid into the cooling chamber, and a fluid outlet for discharging the fluid from the cooling chamber. The cooling chamber may be formed in a respective one of the two housing parts via a heat-conducting limiting plate, which may be spaced apart from a bottom of the respective housing part and may be aligned transversely to the Z direction and may separate the cooling chamber from the interior in a fluid-tight manner inside the respective housing part. At least some of the battery modules may abut on the limiting plate facing away from the cooling chamber so as to transfer heat.

Accumulator

A battery cooling device may include a refrigeration circuit configured to communicate a refrigerant in a flow direction. The refrigeration circuit may include a plurality of refrigerant paths configured to be flowed through in parallel by the refrigerant along the flow direction. The plurality of refrigerant paths may respectively include at least one of a cooling element and a cooling element section. The at least one of the cooling element and the cooling element section may be fluidically incorporated into the respective refrigerant paths and be thermally coupled in a heat-transmitting manner to at least one battery. A plurality of valve devices may be arranged in the respective refrigerant paths and be configured to control a throughflow of the refrigerant.

Battery cooling device and associated operating method

A thermal transfer device for generating a thermal transfer between an energy store and a temperature-control panel for the temperature-control of the energy store. The thermal transfer device has a thermal insulation layer made of an unevenly distributed insulation material and a tolerance compensating layer made of a compressible material for compensating different material strengths of the thermal insulation layer.

A heat exchanger, particularly for a motor vehicle, having a tube/fin bundle with tubes, through which a coolant can flow, and having at least one manifold into which the coolant, coming out of the tubes, can flow, whereby the at least one manifold has a manifold top part and a manifold bottom part, whereby outwardly extending protrusions, which form a passage geometry for receiving the tubes of the tube/fin bundle, are formed on the manifold top part and the manifold bottom part.
