In one embodiment, a system for motivating electronically-scheduled event attendance can include a set of attendance listening components, an attendance prompt, and an attendance prompting tool. The attendance listening components can monitor activities performed in a networked environment. The attendance prompt can represent an electronic message and feedback mechanism that is provided on an electronic device. The attendance prompting tool can interject the attendance prompt into an activity identified by an attendance listening component as being performed by a user-selected member of the networked environment. The attendance prompt can be associated with an electronically-scheduled event the user-selected member is to attend.

Device-independent attendance prompting tool for electronically-scheduled events

In response to a user request to promote user-level collaborative content from a first collaborative social interaction computing device to an application-level trackable project activity within a second project management computing device, the user-level collaborative content is transcoded to the application-level trackable project activity configured according to the transcoding with assigned application-level trackable project tasks to be performed by users within the second project management computing device. The users are synchronously allowed to collaboratively advance the application-level trackable project activity by performing the assigned application-level trackable project tasks within the second project management computing device while preventing application-level updates to the user-level collaborative content within the first collaborative social interaction computing device.

Temporal promotion of content to a project activity

Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to response subscriptions and provide a method, system and computer program product for response tracking across social networks. In one embodiment of the invention, a social networking response tracking method can be provided. The method can be performed by client-side logic and can include associating subscribers with a user or a group of users based upon a posting by the user or a user in the group of users within a client computing device for the user, aggregating different postings from the user to correspondingly different forums disposed about a global computer communications network, and, notifying the subscribers of the aggregated postings.

Client side social network response tracking

A method of secure electronic message conveyance. The method can include, via a processor, receiving a request to forward an electronic message originally received by a first user to at least a second user. The method also can include, based on content contained in the electronic message, selecting from a plurality of approval entities at least one approval entity that is to determine whether the electronic message is approved to be forwarded to the at least a second user, and receiving from the selected approval entity an indication that indicates whether the electronic message is approved to be forwarded to the second user. The method further can include, responsive to the selected approval entity approving the forwarding of the electronic message to the second user, automatically forwarding the electronic message to the second user.

Secure electronic message conveyance

A request from a user to promote an item of collaborative content from a first application associated with a collaborative social interaction system to a project activity within a project management system application is detected. The item of collaborative content is transcoded to the project activity within the project management system application. Users within a collaborative environment are allowed to collaboratively advance the project activity within the project management system application. The collaboratively-advanced project activity is reverted back to an updated item of collaborative content within the first application associated with the collaborative social interaction system.

A method, computer program product, and system for injecting content in collaboration sessions is described. A method may comprise receiving, via one or more computing devices, a request from a third party to inject content into a collaboration session between two or more users. The method may further comprise monitoring, via the one or more computing devices, one or more communication platforms to detect a qualifying event associated with the request from the third party to inject the content into the collaboration session between the two or more users. The method may additionally comprise, in response, at least in part, to detecting the qualifying event associated with the request from the third party to inject the content into the collaboration session between the two or more users, injecting, via the one or more computing devices, the content into the collaboration session between the two or more users.

Online location sharing through an internet service search engine includes: receiving in a server a query from a first user, the query identifying a second user; querying multiple internet services with the server over a network for real-time information regarding the second user; and providing a consolidated view of responses received from the plurality of internet services to the first user with the server, the server being authorized by the second user to receive all information relevant to the second user contained in the responses; wherein the consolidated view of responses indicates an online location of the second user.

A system for online location sharing through an internet service search engine includes: a server comprising at least one processor and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor. The memory stores instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to: receive from a first user a query identifying a second user; query a plurality of internet services over a network for real-time information relevant to the second user; and provide a consolidated view of responses received from the plurality of internet services to the first user. Thee server is authorized by the second user to receive all information relevant to the second user contained in the responses. The consolidated view of responses indicates an online location of the second user.

A method, computer program product, and computer system for enabling and supporting a presence server cache are described herein. A presence server cache may receive a plurality of requests to poll a status of a contact from a plurality of clients. The presence server cache may determine the status of the contact. If the status of the contact is unavailable at the presence server cache, the presence server cache may transmit a request for the status of the contact to a presence server. The presence server cache may transmit the status of the contact of the user to the plurality of clients.

Enabling and supporting a presence server cache

An indication of a meeting being scheduled between a plurality of attendees is received. A first one of the attendees is designated an owner of the meeting. Ownership privileges for the meeting are associated with at least a second one of the meeting attendees. The ownership privileges associated with at least a second one of the meeting attendees are associated based upon, at least in part, a social network defined for the owner of the meeting.

Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to message prioritization and provide a novel and non-obvious method, system and computer program product for social collaborative prioritization of messages in a messaging system. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for social collaborative prioritization of messages can be provided for a messaging system. The method can include receiving a message from a sender as directed to a recipient, determining a value for a different social collaborative criterion based upon an application interaction relationship between the sender and the recipient, transforming the value into a priority for the message, and associating the priority with the message in the messaging system.
