A knife has a handle with an enlarged proximate end grip portion having ribbed and unribbed surfaces. The handle has oppositely disposed thumb receiving concave unribbed surfaces at the distal end for alternate pinch-grip functions. The knife blade has a cutting edge that extends proximately below and adjacent the enlarged grip portion, and is proximately disposed with respect to the thumb receiving pinch-grip concave surfaces. The knife provides diverse impaired grip cutting functions with comfort and with fatigue.

An electronic tuner for tuning a musical instrument has a tuner housing in which electronic circuitry for tuning the instrument is situated, and a multi-positional and multi-functional bracket which is reciprocatingly slidable and pivotally mounted on the tuner housing. The bracket is positionable in a closed position, where it rests closely against the tuner housing, as a stand, where it supports the electronic tuner in an upright or a slightly angled position, and in a position where the electronic tuner may be suspended from the musical instrument being tuned.

A loudspeaker assembly comprising a cabinet and a grille in which the grille is at least secured in part to the cabinet sides by a pair of handgrips that are shaped and sized to permit lifting of the unit using fingers of a hand.

A shoulder pad includes a flexible base member having a top surface, a bottom surface, a central portion, opposite first and second free ends and a longitudinal axis. The flexible base member includes a plurality of longitudinally space, oval-shaped pad sections that increase in thickness from the central portion of the shoulder pad toward at lease one of the first and second free ends. The longitudinally spaced pad sections may also increase in durometer hardness from a centermost pad section to the longitudinally outermost pad sections. For attachment of the pad to a shoulder strap, the pad includes at lease one clip from making snap-on engagement with the pad. For added durability, the shoulder pad further preferably includes a thin spine, which is more rigid than the flexible base member and is attached to the top surface of the flexible base member.
