A spinal surgery navigation system is disclosed for computer assisted navigation during spinal surgery. The spinal surgery navigation system is operative to obtain intra-operative feedback data and/or post-operative feedback data regarding spinal surgery outcome for a plurality of patients, and train a machine learning model based on the intra-operative feedback data and/or the post-operative feedback data. The operations obtain pre-operative patient data characterizing a spine of a defined-patient, generate a spinal surgery plan for the defined-patient based on processing the pre-operative patient data through the machine learning model, and provide the spinal surgery plan to a display device for review by a user.

Machine learning system for spinal surgeries

Orthopedic implants, systems, instruments, and methods. A bi-portal lumbar interbody fusion system may include an expandable interbody implant and minimally invasive pedicle-based intradiscal fixation implants. The interbody and intradiscal implants may be installed with intelligent instrumentation capable of repeatably providing precision placement of the implants. The bi-portal system may be robotically-enabled to guide the instruments and implants along desired access trajectories to the surgical area.

Interlaminar lumbar interbody fusion system and associated robotic systems

Intradiscal implants, systems, and methods thereof. The intradiscal system may include an expandable implant and one or more intradiscal implants. The intradiscal implants may be supplemental to or integrated with the expandable implant. The intradiscal implant may include one or more flexible anchors with a straight configuration and a curved configuration. The anchor may be bendable, for example, using a shape-memory material.

Intradiscal fixation systems

Pedicle-based intradiscal fixation devices, systems, instruments, and methods thereof. A pedicle-based intradiscal implant for stabilizing an inferior vertebra and a superior vertebra may include a bendable rod configured to engage bone, a bone fastener defining a channel for receiving the bendable rod, and a locking cap for securing the bone fastener and the bendable rod. The implant may be positioned through a pedicle of an inferior vertebra and the bendable rod may be deployable into the vertebral body of the inferior vertebra, through the disc space, and into the vertebral body of the superior vertebra to stabilize the spine.
