Inkjet primer compositions are provided, including those comprising water, a co-medium, one or more types of nanocellulose, and resin particles, wherein the resin particles comprise a polymerization product of reactants comprising one or more types of monomers. Inkjet sets for inkjet printing systems are also provided, including those comprising such an inkjet primer composition; and an aqueous inkjet ink composition for printing on an ink-receiving layer, the ink-receiving layer comprising the resin particles of the inkjet primer composition, the aqueous inkjet ink composition comprising water, a colorant, and additional resin particles.

Inkjet primer compositions containing nanocellulose

Aqueous inkjet ink compositions are provided. In embodiments, an aqueous inkjet ink composition comprises water, a colorant, resin particles, and optionally, a wax, wherein the resin particles comprise a polymerization product of reactants comprising one or more types of hydrophobic monomers; and one or more types of acidic monomers comprising one or more types of phosphoric acid monomers.

Aqueous inkjet ink compositions with phosphoric acid functional resin particles

Aqueous inkjet ink compositions are provided. In an embodiment, such an aqueous inkjet ink composition comprises water; resin particles; a colorant; and optionally, a wax. The resin particles comprise a polymerization product of reactants comprising a monomer, an acidic monomer, a hydrophilic monomer, a difunctional monomer, and a reactive surfactant. The acidic monomer, the hydrophilic monomer, and the difunctional monomer may be present at an amount in a range of from about 10 weight % to about 30 weight % in the resin particles. Methods of forming and using the aqueous inkjet ink compositions are also provided.

Aqueous inkjet ink compositions made from high viscosity latexes

Ink compositions are provided which may comprise water; resin particles; a colorant; and optionally, a wax, wherein the resin particles comprise a polymerization product of reactants comprising a dioxane/dioxalane monomer and an additional monomer, wherein the dioxane/dioxalane monomer is an ester of (meth)acrylic acid with an alcohol comprising a dioxane moiety, an ester of (meth)acrylic acid with an alcohol comprising a dioxalane moiety, or both.

Ink composition with pH responsive resin particles

Aqueous inkjet ink compositions are provided. In an embodiment, such an aqueous inkjet ink composition comprises a solvent system comprising water, a first organic solvent, and a second organic solvent, wherein the second organic solvent is an alkanediol having from 2 to 8 carbon atoms and the second organic solvent is present at an amount of from greater than 0 weight % to about 8 weight %; a white pigment; and resin particles. Methods of making and using the aqueous inkjet ink compositions are also provided.

In an embodiment, such a composition comprises water; resin particles; and a colorant; wherein the resin particles comprise a polymerization product of reactants comprising a monomer, an acidic monomer, a multifunctional monomer, and a reactive surfactant, the resin particles having a Dof no greater than about 150 nm, a Dof less than about 200 nm, and a polydispersity index (PDI) of no greater than about 0.050. Methods of forming and using the aqueous inkjet ink compositions are also provided.
