An acoustic panel assembly has only one acoustic panel with a back surface, a frame that peripherally surrounds the acoustic panel, a support integral with the frame, only one magnetic unit fixed to said support, only a voice coil fixed to the acoustic panel, a supporting structure integral with the frame, and a plurality of springs connected to the supporting structure. The springs are connected in different points of the back surface of the acoustic panel in such a way to elastically support the acoustic panel.

Acoustic panel assembly with suspension system

An acoustic panel assembly includes: an acoustic panel; a magnetic circuit that generates a gap; and a voice coil disposed in the gap in order to move with the passage of electrical current. The voice coil is connected to the acoustic panel in order to move the acoustic panel in such a way to emit a sound. The magnetic circuit is disposed in correspondence of the voice coil in such a way to project in the front and in the back with respect to the acoustic panel.

A loudspeaker with vibration control system includes: a magnetic assembly with an air gap, a voice coil supported by a cylindrical support, a basket connected to the magnetic assembly, a centering device connected to the basket and to the cylindrical support, a membrane connected to the basket and to the cylindrical support, an external cylinder disposed around the magnetic assembly, at least one control coil supported by the external cylinder and directed towards the magnetic assembly, at least one elastic suspension connected to the external cylinder to permit an axial movement of the external cylinder with respect to the magnetic assembly.

Loudspeaker with vibration control system

An inertial electroacoustic transducer unit has a first exciter and a second exciter, the second exciter is disposed in overturned position on the first exciter. In a first configuration, the bases of the two cups face each other, or in a second configuration the cavities of the two cups face each other. The two exciters are fixed together or to a plane intended to be put into vibration in such manner that the axes of the cylindrical supports of the coils coincide. The ends of the coils of the two exciters are connected in counter-phase in such manner to obtain a consistent movement in the same direction as the magnetic units of the two exciters.

Inertial electroacoustic transducer unit

A shaker transducer is disclosed, which comprises a magnetic unit () composed of a magnet () disposed between a first polar plate () and a second polar plate () in such a way to generate a toroidal air gap (). A sound coil () is disposed in the air gap () to move axially and a centering element () is fixed to the coil to maintain it centered with respect to the magnetic unit (). A rigid element () comprising a shank () fixed to said cylindrical support () of the sound coil and adapted to be anchored to a surface to transfer the sound vibrations generated by the magnetic unit (). The centering element () comprises a central cylindrical shank () fixed to the coil, a peripheral shank () fixed to the second polar plate () and a plurality of elastic spokes () disposed between said central shank () and said peripheral shank ().

Shaker-type transducer with centering device

A multiple loudspeaker includes a housing and a first speaker (a woofer) supported by the housing. The first speaker includes a first diaphragm. A support for supporting a second speaker (a tweeter) is provided, and the tweeter support is supported by the housing. A portion of the support for the tweeter is spaced from the first diaphragm (the woofer diaphragm), and the tweeter is spaced from the woofer diaphragm. The tweeter support can be in the form of a protective grill or in the form of an annular ring. A sponge damper is attached to the spaced portion of the tweeter support. The tweeter includes a second diaphragm (the diaphragm for the tweeter) and a piezoelectric transducer. The tweeter diaphragm is attached to and is supported by the sponge damper. The piezoelectric transducer is attached to and supported by the tweeter diaphragm and is spaced from the woofer diaphragm. The piezoelectric transducer faces and is spaced from the woofer without an obstruction being present between the piezoelectric transducer and the woofer diaphragm. The surface of the woofer diaphragm reflects the sound waves emitted from the rear of the piezoelectric transducer and the rear of the tweeter diaphragm.
