A vertically oriented hydrocleaning machine comprising a motor having a housing and a downwardly oriented vertical drive shaft, and an axial pump having a piston guide unit driven by the drive shaft. The motor housing includes a closure lid which defines a shaft support for the motor drive shaft, an annular bearing seat, and at least one reference surface for facilitating concentric aligned mounting of the piston guide on the motor, without the necessity for an intermediate mounting flange between the piston guide unit and motor. The illustrated motor closure lid further defines an oil sump chamber internally within the motor and a further annular seat within which a shaft sealing ring is disposed. The motor housing closure lid enables the piston guide unit to be quickly and precisely secured to the drive motor to produce a more compact and rigid high pressure washer.

A vertically oriented high pressure water pump system including a vertically oriented motor, an intermediate flange and an axial drive water pump wherein the intermediate flange verticaly unites the motor and the high pressure water pump and further includes an axial thrust bearing and a thrust bearing sleeve for coupling the motor drive shaft in the axial drive pump.

In order to protect a user from receiving an electric shock, an electric motor driven high pressure water pump system having an electric motor, a pump associated with the electric motor via of a direct drive shaft, and a fan housing wherein the electric motor driven high pressure pump includes a first insulator surrounding the direct drive shaft and electrically isolating the drive shaft and pump housing, from the electric motor and at least one insulator ring, dividing the electric motor stator from the pump housing.

Container for hydrocleaning apparatuses, in particular compact hydrocleaning machines (16), comprising a couple of opposed and identical half-shells (12,14) hingen to one another on a first side (56) and provided each on a second side (30), opposite to the hinged one, with a central recess (30') circumscribing a through-opening (32) extended transversally; said opening (32) being surmounted by a portion of said second side (30) adjoining edge (40), which develops in the lower part in a sector (34) constituting a half-part of the handle. The configuration and the depth of recess (30') are complementary to the sinking formed on the upper front of the hydrocleaning machines (16).
