The present disclosure provides a photopolymerizable composition. The photopolymerizable composition includes at least one urethane component, at least one monofunctional reactive diluent, an initiator, and optionally an inhibitor. The present disclosure also provides an article including the reaction product of the photopolymerizable composition. Further, the present disclosure provides a method of making an article. The method includes (i) providing a photopolymerizable composition and (ii) selectively curing the photopolymerizable composition to form an article. The method optionally also includes (iii) curing unpolymerized urethane component and/or reactive diluent remaining after step (ii). Further, methods are provided, including receiving, by a manufacturing device having one or more processors, a digital object comprising data specifying an article; and generating, with the manufacturing device by an additive manufacturing process, the article based on the digital object. A system is also provided, including a display that displays a 3D model of an article; and one or more processors that, in response to the 3D model selected by a user, cause a 3D printer to create a physical object of an article.

According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a composition includes about 5 to about 40 parts by weight of a solute copolymer component. The solute component optionally has one Tor Tof at least 25&#xb0; C. The composition further includes about 60 to about 95 parts by weight of a solvent monomer. The solvent monomer component includes (meth)acrylate monomers and a multifunctional acrylate. The sum of the solute copolymer component and the solvent monomer component is 100 parts by weight. The composition further includes about 5 to about 100 parts of a plasticizer, relative to the 100 parts. The plasticizer component comprises at least one plasticizer comprising an acid group.

Self-wetting adhesive composition

According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a composition includes about 5 to about 40 parts by weight of a solute copolymer component. The solute component optionally has one Tor Tof at least 25&#xb0; C. The composition further includes about 60 to about 95 parts by weight of a solvent monomer. A light directing article comprises an acrylic polyvinyl acetal film to protect the optical elements of the light directing article. The acrylic polyvinyl acetal film has a Tg of at least 30&#xb0; C. and comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer and polyvinyl acetal polymer. Reaction mixtures, foams prepared from the reaction mixtures, articles containing the foams, and methods of making the foams are provided. The polymeric material in the foam is formed from a polymerizable composition that includes a di(meth)acrylate oligomer and a monomer having a single ethylenically unsaturated group. The foams are highly filled (e.g., at least 60 volume percent of the foam is the filler) and can be thermally conductive. Although the foams contain a large amount of filler, the foams can be compressed at least 40 volume percent with an applied pressure of 50 pounds per square inch (345 kiloPascals).

A film is described comprising a first film layer having a Tg ranging from 30&#xb0; C. to 60&#xb0; C. The first film layer comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer and polyvinyl acetal polymer composition. The film further comprises a second layer proximate the first film layer. The second layer is different than the first film layer. The second may be a cured (meth)acrylic polymer film or coating; a backing such as thermoplastic polymer, woven or nonwoven fabrics, metal foils, paper, foams; or a coverfilm such as a fluoropolymer.

An adhesive article is described comprising a foamed adhesive layer and a non-foamed adhesive layer. The adhesive of each adhesive layer comprises a tetrahydrofurfuryl (meth)acrylate copolymer; an epoxy resin; a polyether polyol; and optionally a hydroxy-functional film-forming polymer. The adhesive may be used in structural and semi-structural bonding applications and is designed to fail cohesively.

A graphic film is described comprising a first film layer having a Tg ranging from 30&#xb0; C. to 60&#xb0; C. The first film layer comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer and polyvinyl acetal polymer. In typical embodiments, the graphic film further comprises a design, image, graphic, or text. Also described is a method of forming a graphic film comprising providing a film comprising a first film layer having a Tg ranging from 30&#xb0; C. to 60&#xb0; C. comprising a (meth)acrylic polymer and polyvinyl acetal polymer and providing a graphic proximate the film.
