A lightweight, portable, positional limb support device having a limb supporter coupled to a base that supports the limb supporter. The combination contains at least one cam and a notched, load-bearing camming surface for each cam, so that the limb supporter can be adjusted in its longitudinal and vertical axes relative to the base, providing a limb support device that is capable of assuming a number of positions.

Document shredder

A housing having exterior lateral side walls, top and bottom side walls and a single internal wall running adjacent to a lateral side wall. The housing defines an internal rectangular compartment and a parallel side track between the adjacent internal and external walls. A collapsible bag filled with liquid and a slide member, actuable by a constant torque spiral spring are located in the compartment. The slide member has a boss fitting and cooperating with the track to allow the slide member to freely slide without a rotative component under action of the spring.

Spring-operated liquid-dispensing device

Involved is a device, noteworthy by its compact construction, portability and use of a cooperating pair of constant torque springs to dispense liquid under a uniform force, in which any binding in the slide that is urged through movement by the torque springs is obviated, so that the slide tracks properly during liquid-dispensing service of the device.

Hairsetter

A collapsible lens shade comprises a foldable bellows connected between front and second plate-like members. A track member is pivotally connected to one of the front and rear plate-like members, preferably the front member, and locking means is provided for locking the track in a position extending from the member to which it is pivotally connected. Slide means is coupled to the other of the front and rear members to permit same to slide along the length of the track member when the track member is in its extended, locked position, and second locking means is provided for locking the slide means at selected positions along the length of the track means. Replaceable adaptors are preferably provided to enable the lens shade to be used with lenses of various barrel diameters. Also, means for inserting filters or other special effect plates is provided, as well as a flash or accessory shoe.

A device, noteworthy by its compact construction, portability and use of a constant torque spring to dispense liquid under a uniform force, in which binding due to possible rotative movement in the slide that is powered by the torque spring is obviated, so that the slide tracks properly during liquid-dispensing service of the device, This is in contrast to torque spring-operated prior art devices in which special precautions were required to neutralize the turning movement unavoidably resulting when the torque spring assumed its characteristic helical coils during its functioning.

A photography stand system is disclosed assembled from elongate support members into either a tripod or framework structure. The elongate support members form the legs of the camera tripod, each assembled to a tripod platform by mating engagement of fittings into tracks formed in the elongated support members in order to be height positionable. Cameras and various photographic accessories may be mounted to the platform and secured to any adjusted position along the length of each of the support members by coupling fittings including T-bolts fit within the tracks in each of the tripod legs. The support members may also be assembled in end-to-end relationship by a coupling element secured in each end of the support members, and erected into a framework with the camera and various accessories similarly positionable along the length of any of the support members.

Photography stand system

A device for supporting a patient in restrained positions on a supporting table pivotally interconnected to a base frame. The table is selectively positionable relative to the frame and includes elements for retaining the patient on the table. A stress imposing unit is provided at one end of the table.
