Multi-part label systems, and methods for their assembly. A carrier material with a first label and a second label removably adhered thereto is provided. The first label and second label are dispensed from the carrier material and applied to a surface simultaneously.

Multi-part labels

A multi-layer label assembly apparatus. A label printing apparatus, a label dispensing mechanism, and a receptacle affixed to the label printing apparatus in a position adjacent the label dispensing mechanism are provided.

Multi-part label systems

A multi-layer label and methods for assembling a multi-layer label. A carrier material with a first label and a second label removably adhered thereto is provided. The first label and second label are dispensed from the carrier, joined together, and applied to a surface, whereby after application the underside of the first label is in contact with the surface and the undersurface of the second label is in contact with the top side of the first label.

Label with removable section

A privacy label includes a label sheet having a top surface and an adhesive underside surface. The top surface is adapted for printing indicia thereon. The label sheet includes a line of weakness dividing the label sheet into two adjacent segments. Each segment is separable from the other along the line of weakness. Removing one of the segments from the other renders indicia printed on the label sheet incoherent.

Privacy label

Multi-part label systems, and methods for their assembly. A linerless label roll separable into at least a first label and a second label is provided. The first label and second label are dispensed from the linerless label roll and applied to a surface simultaneously, whereby after application the underside of the first label is in contact with the surface and the undersurface of the second label is in contact with the top side of the first label.

Linerless multi-part label systems

A continuous series of printable wristbands formed out of an elongate flexible material. A plurality of liner pieces are longitudinally spaced on the undersurface of the elongate flexible material and a plurality of discontinuities are longitudinally spaced on the elongate flexible material to correspond with the plurality of liner pieces. The plurality of discontinuities define a plurality of wristband pieces. The plurality of wristband pieces are detachable from each other at the discontinuities.

A multi-layer label system. A carrier material with an upper label and a lower label removably adhered thereto is provided. The upper label and lower label are dispensed from the carrier and applied to a surface, whereby after application the underside of the lower label is in contact with the surface and the undersurface of the upper label is in contact with the top side of the lower label.

A foldunder label includes a first label sheet with a top side and an opposing underside and a first label line of weakness defining a central region of the first label sheet; and a second label sheet comprising an upper side and an opposing lower side and a second label line of weakness defining a central portion of the second label sheet; and a carrier material with a first section and a second section separated by a line of demarcation, a first section line of weakness underlying the first label, and a second section line of weakness underlying the second label, wherein the underside of the first label sheet is removably adhered to the first section and the lower side of the second label sheet is removably adhered to the second section.

Foldunder label

Auto-applied packing list and upper label systems. A carrier material with an upper label and a lower label removeably adhered thereto is provided. The upper label and lower label are dispensed in sequence onto a label applicator apparatus. The label applicator apparatus applies the upper label and the lower label to a surface simultaneously, whereby after application the underside of the lower label is in contact with the surface and the undersurface of the upper label is in contact with the top side of the lower label.

Auto-applied label systems

A label form that includes a sheet material and a substrate piece is disclosed. The sheet material has a covering section and a concealable section connected to the covering section. The reinforcing piece is attached to a surface of the sheet material. When the concealable section is folded under the covering section, at least a portion of the undersurface of the reinforcing piece is revealed.

A method for manufacturing a pro label book includes printing static indicia on a web of label material, applying an adhesive to each portion of the web of label material that will become a label page in a pro label book that is not the portion of the web of label material that will become a top page of a label book to be formed if the adhesive is applied to a top surface of the web of label material or a bottom page of a label book to be formed if the adhesive is applied to the bottom surface of the web of label material, printing variable information on the web of label material, sheeting the web of label material to form label pages, and batching the label pages together utilizing the applied adhesive. Certain embodiments include attaching one of a backer or a cover to the web of label material following the printing static indicia step.

Bar code label book single pass manufacturing process

A label folding apparatus and methods for its use are disclosed. Such a label folding apparatus comprises a label folding assembly and a label holding assembly, and may be used to fold a foldable label placed onto the label holding assembly.
