The present disclosure provides anti-CD73 binding molecules, e.g., antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof. Also provided are pharmaceutical formulations comprising the disclosed compositions, and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases associated with CD73-expression, e.g., cancer. Such diseases can be treated, e.g., by direct therapy with the anti-CD73 binding molecules disclosed herein (e.g., naked antibodies or antibody-drug conjugates that bind CD73), by adjuvant therapy with other antigen-binding anticancer agents such as immune checkpoint inhibitors (e.g., anti-CTLA-4 and anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies), and/or by combination therapies where the anti-CD73 molecules are administered before, after, or concurrently with chemotherapy.

A wheelchair system and an accessory system for a wheelchair are disclosed. According to one embodiment, the accessory system may include an accessory frame having one or more interface elements to mount to a wheelchair frame. The accessory system may include a wheel assembly rotatably coupled to the accessory frame by a first fastener. The accessory system may include an engagement system further coupling the accessory frame to the wheel assembly. The engagement system may include a channel guide member defining a channel having a notched region. The channel guide member may be rotatably coupled to one of the accessory frame or wheel assembly by a second fastener. The engagement system may further include a translating member retained within the channel of the channel guide member. The translating member may be fixed to another one of the accessory frame or wheel assembly.

A pedalling attachment for wheelchairs, to form a composite vehicle therewith, which includes an attachment frame with a pedalling mechanism and novel attachment means thereon. The attachment frame has two slidably and rotatably adjustable frames slidably insertable therein, with attachment means located at the ends thereof which grip appropriate portions of the wheelchair side frames. The attachment means are adjustable with respect to each other, to the attachment frame and to the wheelchair frames, so that a wide variety of sizes, configurations and styles of wheelchairs can be accomodated. The pedalling attachment, when attached to the wheelchair, makes the composite vehicle rigid enough to use safely on streets and highways, and to travel at highway speeds thereon for long distances.
