Disinfection devices positionable to disinfect work spaces within an office of an office building or other work area can be configured or incorporated into a lighting device, ceiling mounted device, baffle, furniture, or other type of disinfection device. Embodiments can be configured to utilize UVC-222 light or other UVC light to disinfect the work area. In some embodiments, the disinfecting light can be applied at a pre-selected time of night when the work area is expected to have no staff or limited numbers of staff therein. The distribution of the disinfection light can be configured to help ensure application of the light for a pre-selected time period applies at least a pre-selected dose of the light to the work area for sufficient, if not complete, disinfection of objects within the work area that include papers, furniture, and other items.

Work space disinfection apparatus and method

A privacy enclosure that includes a floor plate, a ceiling assembly, and a sidewall that collectively define an interior cavity. The sidewall may have a laminate structure. The floor plate has a bottom surface and a top surface each with channels therein. The ceiling assembly includes a ceiling plate having a bottom surface with a channel therein. Portions of the sidewall may be positioned within the channel in the ceiling plate and the channel in the top surface of the floor plate. A door may be coupled to the ceiling assembly and to the floor plate. Specifically, the ceiling assembly may include a track member having a track therein and a follower member of the door may ride along the track to alter the door between open and closed states. A bracket member coupled to the door may slide within the channel in the bottom surface of the floor plate.

A carrying assembly for a tablet computer that protects the periphery of the tablet computer from impact, yet does not cover the face surface of the tablet computer. Accordingly, the tablet computer can be operated while still being bound within the carrier assembly. The carry assembly has a frame structure with four side elements, four corners and an open central region. The tablet computer is mounted to the frame structure so that the bottom of the tablet computer rests upon the side elements. At least two mounting connectors are provided, wherein one of the mounting connectors extends upwardly from each of the corners of the frame structure. The mounting connectors have locking fingers that receive and engage the corners of the tablet computer with a snap fit, therein mechanically attaching said frame structure to the tablet computer.

A support assembly for a work surface is disclosed. The support assembly may be secured to at least one gable. The support assembly includes an elongate horizontal support having a predetermined cross-sectional shape a saddle support which supports the work surface. The saddle support has a recess with a shape which corresponds to the predetermined cross sectional shape of the horizontal support. The recess receives the horizontal support therein to securely rest the saddle support on a top portion of the horizontal support. A U-shaped fastener secures an upper member of the horizontal support to an upper portion of the recess.
