An electromagnetic motor/generator comprising a flux assembly having at least one coil and at least one magnetic field source separated by a first gap and a second gap and an interference drum which is movable relative to the at least one coil and to the at least one magnetic field source to alternatively position at least one first magnetically permeable section and at least one second magnetically permeable section inside the first and second gaps.

Motor/generator system and method

An electromagnetic generator comprises one or more flux assembly having at least one coil and at least one magnetic field source separated by a gap. An interference drum has a sidewall at least partially positioned inside the gap and comprising at least one magnetic field permeable zone and at least one magnetic field impermeable zone. The interference drum is movable relative to the at least one coil and to the at least one magnetic field source to alternatively position the at least one magnetic field permeable zone and the at least one magnetic field impermeable zone of the sidewall inside the gap. When the interference drum is moved, magnetic flux is created in the coil, and induces electrical current to flow into the coil. The coil may be connected to an external circuit, such that the electrical current may flow through the external circuit.

Electromagnetic generator and method of using same

An electromagnetic generating transformer comprises one or more flux assembly having one or more magnetic field source having a positive pole and a negative pole and a magnetic field passing in a path between the positive pole and the negative pole and a conductor magnetically coupled with the one or more magnetic field source, the magnetic field source and the conductor being fixed relative to one another; a shunt is coupled with a motive source and configured to move the shunt into a primary position and a secondary position, wherein the magnitude of the magnetic field passing between the positive pole and the negative pole varies when the shunt is moved between the primary position and the secondary position.
