A pulley assembly for a starter device for starting an internal combustion engine of a hand-guided power tool has a pulley with an axis of rotation extending in axial direction. A circumferential side of the pulley is positioned outwardly in radial direction relative to the axis of rotation. A circumferential recess is arranged at the circumferential side and accommodates a starter rope. The pulley is provided with a spring receptacle. A connecting spring is disposed in the spring receptacle and has a first end fixedly connected to the pulley. The spring receptacle and the recess overlap each other, viewed in the axial direction and viewed in the radial direction. A starter device is provided with the pulley assembly and a second end of the connecting spring is fixedly connected to a coupling device of the starter device that couples the pulley to the crankshaft of the combustion engine.

A work apparatus having a work tool and having a combustion engine which drives the work tool has a start enrichment device for the combustion engine and a braking arrangement for the work tool. The work apparatus has an operating mode selector for actuating the start enrichment device. The start enrichment device actuates the braking arrangement in at least one start position. Low actuating forces and a simple configuration are achieved when the braking arrangement is a differential band brake.

A handheld work apparatus has a drive motor which drives a tool of the work apparatus. A lubricating arrangement is provided for the tool. The lubricating arrangement includes a lubricant piece that is solid at 20&#xb0; C. The work apparatus has a melting chamber into which the lubricant piece projects and which is connected to the tool via at least one lubricant channel. The melting chamber is delimited at least partially by a heat conducting element which is heated during operation of the work apparatus.

Handheld work apparatus

A work apparatus has a work tool and a combustion engine which drives the work tool. The combustion engine has a rotatably mounted crankshaft. The work apparatus has a start enrichment device for the combustion engine. The start enrichment device includes an operating mode selector to be actuated by the operator. The start enrichment device has an operating position and at least one start position. The work apparatus has a reset unit which resets the start enrichment device from the start position into the operating position when the rotational speed of the crankshaft exceeds a reset rotational speed.

Work apparatus

A work apparatus has a work tool and a combustion engine for driving the work tool and further includes a start enrichment device for the combustion engine. The start enrichment device has a start position and is actuated via an operating mode selector. The work apparatus has a braking arrangement which brakes the work tool in the actuated position and releases the work tool in the unactuated position, and also an actuating device for the braking arrangement. To ensure that the start position can only be engaged when the braking arrangement is actuated, the work apparatus has a blocking device which prevents engagement of the start position in a blocking position. The braking arrangement is coupled to the blocking device such that the blocking device is in the blocking position with the braking arrangement in the unactuated position.

A power tool is provided with an indicator with a light source for generating a marking. A holding device is secured on the power tool by positive fit. The indicator is releasably secured on the holding device, wherein the holding device is secured to a grip pipe. The holding device has a geometry that is matched to the geometry of the grip pipe such that the holding device is securable in only one position on the grip pipe.

A start safety circuit arrangement is incorporated into a work apparatus having an internal combustion engine. Combustion air and fuel are supplied to the combustion chamber by a control unit for the engine operation. The fuel/air mixture in the combustion chamber is ignited by an ignition plug. An operating mode selector has a start position for enriching the fuel/air mixture. A safety brake device in an operating mode brakes the work tool. A start position sensor is arranged on the operating mode selector and a brake position sensor is associated with the safety brake device. The status signal of the brake position sensor and the status signal of the start position sensor are combined to cause the control unit to disable the engine operation if the operating mode selector is in start position (III) and the safety brake device is in its standby mode (B).
