An electronic expansion valve includes an electromagnetic coil, a valve body provided with a valve port, and a valve needle. The valve needle includes a main body section and a first conical surface portion arranged adjacent to the main body section. The valve port includes a straight section portion having equal diameters. When the electromagnetic coil applies a zero pulse, the straight section portion is not in contact with the valve needle, and an intersecting surface of a plane, where a top end of the straight section portion is located, and the valve needle is on the first conical surface portion. With the electronic expansion valve, flow can be precisely adjusted at a low-pulse stage, and during assembly, a position of the 0 pulse can be directly obtained by adjusting relative positions of the valve needle and the valve port and by using a flow meter.

Electronic expansion valve

An electronic expansion valve is provided, wherein a piston component and a valve needle component are located at the same side of a valve core seat. When refrigerant flows forwards, the piston component closes the bypass through hole, the refrigerant flows to a side of the vertical connecting pipe via the valve core valve port, and the valve needle component moves in the axial direction to regulate an opening of the valve core valve port. When the refrigerant flows reversely, the piston component moves upwards in the axial direction to open the bypass through hole, and the refrigerant flows to a side of the transverse connecting pipe via the bypass through hole. The electronic expansion valve ensures that the valve needle component seals the valve core valve port easily in a high pressure state when the refrigerant flows forwards, and reduces axial and radial dimensions of the valve seat.

An electronic expansion valve is provided, the valve needle component thereof is provided with an axial mounting hole, the screw rod position limiting portion is mounted at the bottom end of the screw rod and extends into the axial mounting hole, and the valve needle position limiting portion is mounted at an open end of the axial mounting hole; and a distance between the bottom end of the screw rod and a bottom wall of the axial mounting hole forms the predetermined buffer distance. When the refrigerant flows reversely, the structural design of the electronic expansion valve may, on one hand, simplify the control procedure, and on the other hand, avoid the problem that a screw rod is stuck because a valve needle component is not removed in time.

An electronic expansion valve is provided, a stop component thereof includes a spindle which is fixed with respect to the valve seat, a spring guide rail sleeved on the spindle, and a sliding ring configured to cooperate with the spring guide rail; one end of the sliding ring extends to form a stop rod, and a top of the magnet is provided with a stop hole, the stop rod passes through the stop hole, and when the sliding ring is at an upper limit position and a lower limit position, the stop rod remains in the stop hole. The structural design of the electronic expansion valve may reduce a number of components, simplify the assembly process of a stop rod, and improve the operational reliability of the stop rod, and reduce a radial dimension of a magnet, thereby saving the material cost and realizing the minimization of the product.

Electronic expanding valve

An electronic expansion valve is provided, a sleeve is fixed in a main valve cavity of the electronic expansion valve, and a valve core seat is axially movably provided in the sleeve; a circumferential side wall of the sleeve is provided with a sleeve flow passage, and a circumferential side wall of the valve core seat is provided with a valve core seat side hole; and when the refrigerant flows forward, the valve core seat closes the main valve port to disconnect a communication between the sleeve flow passage and the valve core seat side hole, and the refrigerant flows to the valve core valve port through the sleeve flow passage; and when the refrigerant flows reversely, the valve core seat moves upward to open the main valve port to communicate the valve core seat side hole with the sleeve flow passage.

An electronic expansion valve is provided, which includes a main valve cavity. A sleeve is fixed in the main valve cavity. A lower end part of the sleeve is supported by a valve seat, and the lower end part of the sleeve surrounds a main valve port. A valve core seat is axially movably arranged in the sleeve. A lower part of the valve needle component extends into the sleeve to open and close the valve core valve port. A circumferential side wall of the sleeve is provided with a first communicating hole close to the main valve port and a second communicating hole away from the main valve port. The structural design of the electronic expansion valve may prevent an excessive impact on a valve core seat caused by the refrigerant with high pressure when the refrigerant flows forward, thereby preventing the eccentricity of the valve core seat.

An electronic expansion valve includes a drive component including a screw rod which reciprocates axially and a nut which cooperates with the screw rod by screw threads, and a lower end of the screw rod forms the valve needle component. A sleeve is fixed in the main valve cavity, an upper portion of the sleeve cooperates with the nut, and a lower end of the sleeve is supported by the valve seat and surrounds the main valve port. The valve core seat is axially movably arranged in the sleeve, and the lower end of the screw rod extends into the sleeve to open and close the valve core valve port. The structural design of the electronic expansion valve prevents an excessive impact on a valve core seat caused by the refrigerant with high pressure when the refrigerant flows forward, thereby preventing the eccentricity of the valve core seat.

The present invention provides an electronic expansion valve, comprising a leading screw, a valve needle and a valve needle sleeve. It further comprises: a washer provided in an annular groove, which is provided at the lower end of the leading screw in the circumferential direction, and a thickness of the washer is less than a width of the annular groove; the valve needle sleeve abuts against the upper surface of the washer and is fixedly connected with the valve needle; and a spring is provided between the washer and the valve needle.

The present invention discloses a valve body device for an electric control valve comprising a valve seat () and a fixing frame () connected with the valve seat (), wherein, the valve seat () is provided on its outer wall with a first positioning groove () extending circumferentially, and the direction towards which the first positioning groove () opens is perpendicular to the axial direction of the valve seat (), and wherein, the fixing frame () is provided with a positioning flat plate portion () fitted with the first positioning groove (), and the positioning flat plate portion () is inserted into the first positioning groove () and fixedly connected with the valve seat (). The fixing frame of the valve body device may be mounted on the valve seat after the valve seat and the cap is welded, which may prevent the fixing frame from being damaged, and may allow the fixing frame and the valve seat to be positioned accurately with each other and thus to be welded in a convenient and reliable way. The present invention also discloses an electric control valve including the above described valve body device.

Electric control valve and valve body device thereof

Embodiments of the invention provide an electronic expansion valve, including a magnetic rotor and a screw rod, and further including an output shaft. The magnetic rotor is surroundingly provided on the output shaft, and the output shaft is slidably connected to the screw rod in an axial direction and drivably connected to the screw rod in a circumferential direction. Since the output shaft is slidably connected to the screw rod in an axial direction and drivably connected to the screw rod in a circumferential direction, the magnetic rotor does not subject to an axial force transmitted by the screw rod and rotates flexibly.
