Stent graft with variable coverage of wavy rings

The present invention belongs to the field of medical devices, and specifically relates to a stent-graft. The stent-graft has a proximal greater curvature side and a proximal lesser curvature side. The stent-graft includes a stent body, an inner cover membrane disposed on the inner side of the stent body, and an outer cover membrane disposed on the outer side of the stent body. The stent body includes a plurality of wave rings axially arranged at intervals. Alternatively arranged crests and troughs are formed on the wave rings. The outer cover membrane is provided with a first opening, and the first opening exposes at least one trough located at or nearer to the proximal greater curvature side. According to the stent-graft of the embodiments of the present invention, the exposed trough can easily hang on a vessel wall, and thereby achieving the function of preventing the stent-graft from shifting. The crests and troughs located at the proximal lesser curvature side of the stent-graft remain covered by the outer cover membrane. Therefore, the stack state of the cover membrane and the wave ring in a stent lumen is in the blood flow direction, thereby reducing the risk of thrombosis.

Stent graft

A stent graft comprises a plurality of wavy rings sequentially arranged in a spaced manner, and membranes fixed to the plurality of wavy rings, wherein the stent graft comprises, in a circumferential direction, at least one keel region and a non-keel region connected to the keel region, the keel region having an axial shortening rate that is less than that of the non-keel region, and the axial shortening rate of the keel region is 10-40%. The stent graft can be bent in all directions, and the keel region on the stent graft can provide a sufficient amount of an axial support force for the stent.

Covered stent

A covered stent () includes a first wave ring () provided on at least one end of the covered stent (), wherein the first wave ring () is formed of braided wires by means of braiding; each of the braided wires has wire heads () and a wire rod (), with the wire heads () being located at two ends of the wire rod (); and the wire heads () of the braided wire are wound around the adjacent wire rod (); and the covered stent () further includes a limiting unit (), with the limiting unit () being arranged on the wire head () and the wire rod () adjacent to the wire head (), and the limiting unit () limiting the range of axial and/or radial movement of the wire head () relative to the wire rod ().

Disclosed is a covered stent (), including a hollow tubular main body (), and a window () provided on a side wall of the tubular main body (). An elastic supporting member () is provided at a periphery of the window (); an imaging member () is provided on the elastic supporting member (); and at least part of the imaging member () is movably connected to the elastic supporting member (). A covered stent includes a tubular main stent and a connection stent disposed on the main stent. An opening is formed in a side wall of the main stent. The connection stent includes a fixed segment connected to the side wall of the main stent and a free segment connected to the fixed segment. Each of the fixed segment and the free segment further includes a stent and a coating covering the surface of the stent. One end of the free segment distant from the fixed segment is connected to the edge of the opening, and a gap is formed between one side of the free segment near to the side wall of the main stent and the side wall of the main stent. This stent can effectively resolve the problem of the limitation of an adjusted angle at a connection segment of an external connection stent and has better flexibility.

A covered stent, including a proximal end end surface, a distal end end surface and a peripheral surface located between the proximal end end surface and the distal end end surface, the peripheral surface including an inner surface and an outer surface. The outer surface is covered with a first coating membrane, and the inner surface is covered with a second coating membrane. The covered stent further includes a stent main body, which is between the first coating membrane and the second coating membrane. At least one of two ends of the first coating membrane and the second coating membrane fold inward or outward so as to wrap at least one from among the proximal end end surface and the distal end end surface.

Aortic arch intraoperative stent and manufacturing method thereof

A bifurcated stem graft () comprises a body () and a side branch () that forms an acute angle with the body (). The side branch () comprises a covering film () and a first bare stent () only disposed on the covering film (). Part of the first bare stent () is positioned adjacent a boundary line () of the body () and the covering film () and is located in a vertex angle area () of the acute angle. Due to the fact that part of the first bare stem () is attached to the vertex angle area (), after the stem () is released, the self-expanded part of the first bare stent () enables the vertex angle area () of the side branch () to be effectively supported, the covering film is not prone to shrinkage, and a leading wire can enter easily. Meanwhile, a special bare stent attached to the vertex angle area () does not need to be additionally disposed on the first bare stent (), and thus the technology for preparing the bare stem is simplified; furthermore, the first bare stent () is only disposed on the side branch () and does not need to span the connecting part of the body () and the side branch (), and thus the waveform can be shaped easily.

Fork-type covered stent

The present invention relates to a thoracic aortic covered stent (), comprising a bare stent segment () and a covered stent segment (). The bare stent segment () comprises a bare wave-shaped ring (); the covered stent segment () has a lesser curvature side region (), a greater curvature side region (), and two opposite intermediate regions () located between the lesser curvature side region () and the greater curvature side region () respectively; and the covered stent segment () comprises a first proximal wave-shaped ring (). The stent () further comprises a first connecting member (), a first side connecting member () and a second side connecting member () all connected to the bare wave-shaped ring () and the first proximal wave-shaped ring (), wherein the first connecting member () is arranged in the lesser curvature side region (), and the first side connecting member () and the second side connecting member () are arranged in the two intermediate regions () respectively. The stent () when located near the lesser curvature side () with a relatively small radius of curvature has a connecting assembly rigidly connecting the bare stent segment () and the covered stent segment (), and through the constraints thereof, the bare stent segment () can be effectively prevented from overturning towards the vessel wall during the release process, so that the proximal end of the covered stent segment () is securely apposed to the wall, thereby avoiding the 'turnover' effect.
