Disclosed are a food grade starch based modeling clay with high elasticity and high ductility and its preparation method, belonging to the technical field of modeling clay preparation. The starch based modeling clay provided by the present disclosure is prepared from the following formula components: 160-180 parts of starch, 140-160 parts of water, 10-15 parts of a food grade stabilizer, 10-15 parts of edible salt, 0-10 parts of hydrophilic colloid, 0.6-0.8 parts of a preservative, 40-60 parts of a food grade plasticizer, 6-10 parts of food grade white oil, and 4-8 parts of edible pigment. The starch includes one or a combination of more of cassava starch, wheat starch, and glutinous rice starch. The present disclosure, through combined use of the starch and the hydrophilic colloid, makes the prepared starch based modeling clay have good viscoelasticity and ductility, and good in storage stability, safe and non-toxic.

Food grade starch based modeling clay with high elasticity and high ductility and its preparation method

The invention provides an oligosaccharide debranching enzyme mutant and use thereof in a glucose mother liquor. The mutant is obtained by mutating valine at position 219 in SEQ ID NO: 1 into alanine. According to oligosaccharide debranching enzyme mutant V219A, a primary mother liquor, a secondary mother liquor, or a tail liquid after chromatographic separation is used as a substrate, the percentage contents of glucose in the products are 99.21% (primary mother liquor), 98.89% (secondary mother liquor) and 97.97% (tail liquid after chromatographic separation) respectively, which are 2.86%, 8.64%, and 28.67% higher than that of glucose obtained with the wild-type oligosaccharide debranching enzyme. Therefore, the mutant V219A obviously improves the percentage content of glucose in the glucose mother liquor, and the scope of application of the mother liquor can be expanded by the high product purity and substrate conversion rate, so the mutant V219A has higher industrial application value.

The present disclosure discloses a high-temperature fast-curing starch-based adhesive for particleboards and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of adhesive preparation. The low viscosity of the starch-based adhesive is ensured by selecting a crosslinking monomer which does not self-crosslink in a reaction process in the present disclosure, and a binary crosslinking agent matched with the crosslinking monomer is added before use to be quickly crosslinked with the crosslinking monomer at high temperature so as to ensure better thermosetting property and water resistance as well as faster curing speed of the starch-based adhesive at the same time, which meets the requirements of the particleboards for the adhesive, solves the problem of long curing time of the existing starch-based adhesives at high temperatures, further shortens the curing time of the starch-based adhesives to about 60 s, and improves the production efficiency of the particleboards.

High-temperature fast-curing starch-based adhesive for particleboards and preparation method thereof

The present disclosure provides a preparation method of eucalyptol emulsion and application thereof in biopesticides, belonging to the field of emulsion preparation. The method for preparing the eucalyptol emulsion includes the steps of: (1) adding eucalyptol into a cyclodextrin solution to obtain a mixed solution; (2) evenly mixing an emulsifier and a co-emulsifier to obtain a mixed solution; (3) adding the solution obtained in step (2) and water into the solution obtained in step (1), emulsifying to obtain the eucalyptol emulsion. In steps (1), (2) and (3), the mass percents of substances from which the eucalyptol emulsion is prepared are as follows: 0.5%-1% of cyclodextrin, 2.5%-25% of the eucalyptol, 1.25%-15% of the emulsifier, 0.3%-3.75% of the co-emulsifier and 55.3%-95.5% of the water, and the sum thereof is 100%. The emulsion is extremely stable without stratification after being placed at 20° C., 40° C. and 60° C. for 30 days and also has a good insecticidal effect.

The present disclosure discloses a thermosetting starch adhesive for a wood-based panel and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of adhesives. In the present disclosure, starch is used as a main raw material, and after acid hydrolysis thereof, a semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization method is adopted to improve control of monomer polymerization stability. After grafting is completed, a cross-linking monomer with polymerizable double bonds and condensable methylol functional groups is added for copolymerization. The cross-linking monomer is also added in a semi-continuous manner. After the cross-linking reaction is completed, the reaction mixture is gelatinized and incubated, and finally a thermosetting adhesive which can be used for bonding of hot-pressed wood-based panels is obtained. The adhesive of the present disclosure has the properties of two-step cross-linking and high-temperature rapid cross-linking curing, good film formation, good heat resistance, and strong cohesion. With a hot-pressing process in an appropriate coating manner, appropriate temperature and pressure, the resultant wood-based panels have all their properties superior over those of Class II wood-based panels, and they can be widely used in decoration of hot-pressed woods, and bonding of wood-based panels and plywoods.

The method includes: collaboratively modifying to-be-modified starch by adopting Ro-GBE and Gt-GBE. The present disclosure utilizes two starch branching enzymes from different microorganism sources to collaboratively modify corn starch. The Ro-GBE is firstly added for pretreatment, then the Gt-GBE is added. The Ro-GBE catalyzes the to-be-modified starch to form a chain segment structure which is more conducive to further utilization for the Gt-GBE, thin and long starch molecule is transformed into short-clustered structure under the catalysis of Gt-GBE, and thus the slow digestibility of modified products is more obvious. Further, by changing the addition amount of Ro-GBE, modification time and the state of to-be-modified starch, the synergistic effect between the two branching enzyme is promoted, and the branching degree is improved, thus the SDS content and the RS content are further improved.

PH-sensitive starch-based microcapsule and its preparation method

Disclosed is a method for modifying starch to slow down the digestion rate of modified starch. The present invention utilizes two-stage GBE treatment to convert the long straight-chain starch molecules into highly branched molecules with compact structures so as to decrease the digestion rate of the starch. During the two-stage treatment, granular starch was first treated with GBE, the treated starch was gelatinized in boiling water, and the gelatinized starch was treated with GBE for a second time, leading to an enhanced effect of GBE modification. Compared with the one-staged GBE modification, the two-stage GBE modification can further increase the content of slowly digestible starch in the modified starch and thus decrease the digestion rate of starch.
