Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a pixel circuitry, a drive method thereof, an array substrate and a display panel. The pixel circuitry includes circuits designated: drive C, data write C, initialization C, first light emission control C, first storage C, second storage Cand second light emission control C. Cconnects to first through third nodes N-Nand provides drive current to a light emitting device. Cconnects to Nand provides a data signal to Caccording to a drive signal. Cprovides an initialization signal to Naccording to a reset signal. Cprovides a first voltage signal to Naccording to a first light emission control signal. Cand Cstore a voltage difference between the first voltage signal terminal and N, and Nand N, respectively. Ccontrols the drive current to the light emitting device according to a second light emission control signal.
