According to an embodiment, an electronic device may include at least one communication processor comprising at least one central processing unit (CPU). According to an embodiment, the at least one communication processor may be configured to enter an RRC_Connected state. According to an embodiment, the at least one communication processor may be configured to control a clock level for the at least one CPU to be a first CPU clock level corresponding to the RRC_Connected state. According to an embodiment, the at least one communication processor may be configured to identify workload information comprising at least one of utilization information of the at least one CPU and traffic information of at least one bus of the at least one communication processor. According to an embodiment, the at least one communication processor may be configured provide the workload information as an input to an artificial intelligence (AI) model, wherein the AI model is trained using training data comprising at least one of CPU utilization information and bus traffic information as input values and CPU clock levels as output values. According to an embodiment, the at least one communication processor may be configured to identify, based on the providing the workload information as the input to the AI model, a second CPU clock level as an output of the AI model. Various other embodiments may be possible.

A bio-processor, a bio-signal detecting system, and an operation method of the bio-processor are provided. The bio-processor includes a bioelectrical impedance sensor and a digital signal processor. The bioelectrical impedance sensor measures bioelectrical impedance during a sensing time including a portion of a settling time. The digital signal processor estimates a settled bioelectrical impedance value based on changes in the measured bioelectrical impedance. The digital signal processor generates bio-data based on the settled bioelectrical impedance value. The bio-processor reduces a time when a bio-signal is measured and ensures accuracy of the settled bioelectrical impedance value.

In an electronic device and an operation method thereof, the electronic device may include: a memory; communication circuitry configured to transmit and receive data via a node; and a communication processor, wherein the communication processor may be configured to: identify a first time of receiving a paging message and a second time of receiving a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (SS/PBCH) block; determine, based on the first time and the second time satisfying a specified condition, the activation time of the communication circuitry based on the reception time of the paging message; receive a paging message; temporarily store the received paging message in the memory; and process the stored paging message based on an SS/PBCH block received after reception of the paging message.
