A vacuum insulation panel includes a panel assembly having a first panel having a transparent material, a second panel joined to the first panel, the second panel having a transparent material, a vacuum layer formed between the first panel and the second panel; and an exhaust hole located in one of the first panel or the second panel, the exhaust hole being configured to exhaust internal gas to form the vacuum layer. The panel assembly also includes a sealing cap configured to seal the exhaust hole, the sealing cap being made of a magnetic material. A method and an apparatus for manufacturing the vacuum insulation panel is also provided.

A plasma display apparatus is provided. The plasma display apparatus includes a panel display unit in which a plurality of electrodes are formed, and a panel structure for surrounding at least a portion of the panel display unit. The panel structure includes at least one electrode pad extending from at least one of the electrodes of the panel display unit, at least one connector for applying driving signals to the at least one electrode pad, and a coating layer including a flame-retardant material and coating the at least one electrode pad and the at least one connector.

Plasma display apparatus

The present invention relates to a sealing glass composition that excludes Pb, i.e., an environmentally harmful material, and a flat panel display apparatus using the same. A sealing glass composition of the present invention comprises SbOof 20 mol % to 50 mol %, BOof 30 mol % to 70 mol %, SiOof 5 mol % to 15 mol % and AlOof 0 mol % to 15 mol %. The flat display apparatus of the present invention has a front panel and a rear panel, which are combined together with a sealing glass composition with a predetermined distance therebetween.
