A display device includes a substrate including an active area including a plurality of sub-pixels and a non-active area, a plurality of light emitting elements disposed in the plurality of sub-pixels, a plurality of data lines disposed in the active area, a plurality of data link lines disposed in the active area and transmitting a data voltage to the plurality of data lines, driving transistors disposed in the plurality of sub-pixels and a shielding layer disposed over the driving transistors, wherein the shielding layer is connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor and is disposed to overlap a conductive layer having the same potential as the gate electrode of the driving transistor. Therefore, the occurrence of spots on a screen due to a parasitic capacitance can be reduced in the display device.

Display device with data link line in active area

A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a substrate that includes a non-active area and an active area, the non-active area including a bending area and a pad area. The display device also includes a gate driving circuit, a driving integrated circuit, and a plurality of lines connecting the driving integrated circuit to the gate driving circuit. The plurality of lines includes a first group of lines that transmits a signal having a first average voltage, a second group of lines that transmits a clock signal, and a third group of lines that transmits a signal having a second average voltage different from the first average voltage. The second group of lines is located between the first group of lines and the third group of lines.

Display device

An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate having an emission region and a bezel region, a bank layer that extends from the emission region to the bezel region, a plurality of signal lines which are disposed on different layers on the substrate, a first metal layer that overlaps the plurality of signal lines and has a step, a second metal layer that is disposed on the first metal layer, and an intermediate layer between the first and second metal layer. A step or curvature above the first electrode may be offset by the first intermediate layer so that incident from the outside is inwardly reflected. Therefore, a failure that a user at the outside recognizes the reflected light may be solved.

Electroluminescent display device

A display device includes a display panel including an active area and a non-active area surrounding the active area; a front cover disposed in an upper portion of the display panel; a back cover disposed in a lower portion of the display panel; a dam disposed to surround an outer periphery of the active area in the non-active area of the display panel; a pad area spaced apart from the dam in the non-active area and disposed in an edge of one side of the non-active area; at least one inspection line spaced apart from the dam in the non-active area and disposed to surround a portion of an outer periphery of the dam; and at least one align mark integral with the inspection line.

Display panel and display device

An electroluminescence display device according to an embodiment includes a plurality of sub-pixels. Each of the plurality of sub-pixels includes a Node-A electrically connected to an electrode of a storage capacitor and a gate electrode of a P-type driving transistor, an N-type switching transistor configured to switch an electrical connection between a Node-B electrically connected to a data line and the Node-A, a Node-C configured to supply ELVDD voltage and electrically connected to another electrode of the storage capacitor and a first electrode of the P-type driving transistor, a Node-D configured to supply current to an electroluminescence diode and electrically connected to a second electrode of the P-type driving transistor, and a first transistor configured to switch an electrical connection between the Node-A and the Node-D.

Electroluminescence display apparatus

A thin-film transistor includes an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The gate electrode overlaps the active layer. The source electrode and the drain electrode are connected to the active layer. The active layer includes a source region connected to the source electrode, a drain region connected to the drain electrode, a channel region overlapping with the gate electrode, a first resistive region between the source region and the channel region, and a second resistive region between the drain region and the channel region. The length of the first resistive region is larger than the length of the second resistive region.
