A display device includes a driving transistor used for driving a light emitting element; a scanning transistor electrically connected between a first node that is a gate node of the driving transistor and a data line to which a data voltage is supplied; a storage capacitor electrically connected between a second node of the driving transistor and the first node; and a charging ratio sensing unit electrically connected to the data line through an input line, wherein the charging ratio sensing unit senses a voltage charged in the storage capacitor through the input line. Accordingly, it may efficiently improve a pixel charging ratio by a charging ratio sensing unit connected to a data line through an input line sensing a voltage charged in a storage capacitor through the input line.

Display device and driving method

Discussed are a display panel and a display device having the same. The display panel includes a plurality of subpixels. A gate line, a data line, and a reference voltage line are further disposed on the display panel. A gate driving circuit supplies a scan signal to the gate line. A data driving circuit converts image data into a data voltage and supplies the data voltages to the data line. A timing controller controls the gate driving circuit and the data driving circuit and generates compensation data for the image data using a sensing voltage detected through the reference voltage line. The display panel includes a plurality of sensing transistors disposed around a corresponding subpixel among the plurality of subpixels to connect the data line and the reference voltage line.

Display device and display panel

A current sensing device and the organic light-emitting display device including the same are disclosed. The current sensing device may include a plurality of sensing units, each sensing unit playing a role of converting a pixel current input through a sensing line into a digital sensing value, and each sensing unit comprising: a current integrator including an integrating amplifier and a feedback capacitor, the integrating amplifier comprising an inverting input terminal, a non-inverting input terminal and an output terminal, wherein the feedback capacitor is connected between the inverting input terminal and the output terminal, and a first reference voltage is input to the non-inverting input terminal; and a current transmitting unit connected between the sensing line and the current integrator to separate the electric connection of the sensing line and the current integrator, wherein the current transmitting unit mirrors the pixel current and causes the mirrored current to be output from the inverting input terminal of the integrating amplifier.

Current sensing device and organic light emitting display device including the same

The current sensing device in the present disclosure comprises a plurality of sensing units each of which is connected to a sensing channel. The sensing unit may comprise a reference current generator generating a reference current; a current comparator outputting a comparator output signal based on a pixel current input through the sensing channel and the reference current, and removing an offset deviation component included in the pixel current and the reference current by using a reset current externally applied; and an edge triggered data flip-flop outputting a digital sensing value corresponding to the pixel current based on the comparator output signal.

Data drivers and organic light emitting display devices having data drivers are provided in which a number of amplifiers for driving a display panel is reduced. A data driver includes an analog-to-digital converter, first and second amplifier circuits, a first switch coupled to an output of the first amplifier circuit, and a second switch and a third switch coupled to an output of the second amplifier circuit. The first switch is configured to selectively couple the output of the first amplifier circuit to a first data line and to second data line of a display panel. The second switch is configured to selectively couple the output of the second amplifier circuit to the second data line and to the analog-to-digital converter. The third switch is configured to selectively couple the output of the second amplifier circuit to a sensing line of the display panel.

Data driver and organic light emitting display device including the same

A pixel sensing device, an organic light emitting display device and a pixel compensation method thereof are disclosed. The pixel sensing device comprises a plurality of current integrators for sensing driving characteristics of pixels. Each current integrator comprises: an operational amplifier equipped with an inverting input terminal to which a first input voltage is applied according to a pixel current of the pixels, a non-inverting input terminal to which a second input voltage is applied according to the pixel current, and an output terminal through which an integral voltage corresponding to the pixel current is output; and a feedback capacitor connected between the inverting input terminal and the output terminal. The operational amplifier comprises: a pre-amplifying unit for lowering an amplifier input gain and being equipped with the inverting and non-inverting input terminals; and two gain amplifying units for receiving an output of the pre-amplifying unit and for making an amplifier output gain higher than the amplifier input gain.

Pixel sensing device, organic light emitting display device, and pixel compensation method thereof

An electroluminescent display and a driving device of the electroluminescent display are disclosed. The electroluminescent display includes first and second active areas divided from a screen, a first timing controller configured to transmit pixel data of the first active area to be displayed on the first active area to a first driving circuit writing pixel data to pixels of the first active area, a second timing controller configured to transmit pixel data of the second active area to be displayed on the second active area to a second driving circuit writing pixel data to pixels of the second active area, and a bridge circuit configured to distribute an input image to the first and second timing controllers and synchronize the first and second timing controllers when receiving a synchronization request signal from the first and second timing controllers.

Electroluminescent display and driving device thereof

The present disclosure provides a display device. The display device may comprise a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a reference current source providing a reference current, and a source drive IC including sensing units for sampling a signal input from the pixel through a sensing line and an ADC connected to the sensing units and obtaining sensing data related to a driving of the pixel. The source drive IC may further comprise a switch array connecting the sensing lines and the sensing units, and the switch array in each sensing unit may comprise a first switch for connecting a corresponding sensing unit to a first sensing line corresponding to the corresponding sensing unit and a second switch for connecting the corresponding sensing unit to a second sensing line adjacent and previous to the first sensing line or the reference current source.
