Highly efficient thermoelectric materials with an improved thermoelectric performance due to doping ions on a Bi&#x2014;Se&#x2014;Te based compound, and a thermoelectric element and a thermoelectric module including the same are disclosed. The thermoelectric materials include a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 1 or a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 2.(AB)(BiSeTe)&#x2003;&#x2003;&#x3c;Chemical Formula 1&#x3e; In Chemical Formula 1, A is a divalent cation element, B is a monovalent anion element, A and B are different with each other, and x is in a range of 0.0&#x3c;x&#x2264;0.4.(AB)(BiSeTe)&#x2003;&#x2003;&#x3c;Chemical Formula 2&#x3e; In Chemical Formula 2, A is a monovalent cation element, B is a monovalent anion element, A and B are different with each other, and x is in a range of 0.0&#x3c;x&#x2264;0.4.

Disclosed are a display screen of an image display system capable of displaying a 3D (three-dimensional) image and providing an image with a high contrast ratio in a bright room and a method for manufacturing the same. The display screen includes: a Fresnel lens layer; a reflective layer formed the light-exit surface of the Fresnel lens layer to reflect image light; and a protection layer formed on the light-incident surface of the Fresnel lens layer, wherein one surface of the protection layer may have an embossed pattern.

The display screen for displaying thereon image light emitted from a projector includes a lens layer, and a reflective layer formed on the lens layer and configured to reflect the image light, wherein the lens layer and/or the reflective layer contain a black material.
