An organic light emitting device includes an organic light emitting diode including an anode and a cathode, a driving transistor including a first semiconductor layer, wherein the driving transistor is electrically connected to the anode of the organic light emitting diode, and a control transistor including a second semiconductor layer including a different material from the first semiconductor layer and configured to control the driving transistor. The first semiconductor layer includes a first channel part, and first and second contact parts, and the second semiconductor layer includes a second channel part, and third and fourth contact parts. One of the first and second contact parts directly contacts one of the third and fourth contact parts.

Organic light emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same

A display device and a method of driving the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels including a first group of pixels and a second group of pixels. The first group of pixels forms a first region and the second group of pixels forms a second region surrounding the first region. A controller is configured to receive input image data, process the input image data corresponding to the first pixels based on a preset first image processing algorithm so as to generate first modified image data, and process the input image data corresponding to the second pixels based on a preset second image processing algorithm so as to generate second modified image data.

Display device and method of driving the same

An optical compensation system includes a display unit including a plurality of pixels, an image pick-up unit for capturing an image displayed on the display unit, and a controller for obtaining brightness data from the image, for performing primary optical compensation on all of the brightness data to generate primary compensation data, and for performing secondary optical compensation such that an output gray scale is less than a maximum gray scale to generate secondary compensation data when the primary compensation data includes at least one output gray scale exceeding a maximum gray scale.
