Methods, systems, and computer program products for applying entity search techniques to expedite entitlement resolution in support services are provided herein. A computer-implemented method includes automatically processing multiple distributed data sources to identify data sources to be used in entitlement queries, identify data elements within each of the data sources, and implement search-enhancing features across the data sources; automatically searching the collection, in response to an entitlement query failure due to incorrect and/or missing data object values in a set of data object values input for the entitlement query, to identify alternate sets of values; applying a scoring algorithm to each of the alternate sets of values to generate a score that quantifies an amount of matching between each of the alternate sets and the set of data object values input in connection with the entitlement query; and outputting the alternate sets of values having the highest scores.

Applying entity search techniques to expedite entitlement resolution in support services

Embodiments of the invention are directed to computer-implemented methods, computer systems, and computer program products for operating an elevator car. The method includes receiving first inputs from one or more sensors. The method further includes receiving second inputs from one or more cameras. The method further includes determining the presence of a passenger on the elevator using the first inputs and the second inputs. The method further includes determining a set of characteristics related to the passenger using the first inputs and the second inputs. The method further includes predicting a set of predicted actions of the passenger, using machine-learning techniques. The method further includes determining an action to perform based on the set of predicted actions.

Risk-aware management of elevator operations

In a set of problem log entries from a computing system, a subset of the set of problem log entries are identified, which pertain to a failed request. The subset is compared to a reference model which defines log entries per request type under a healthy state of the computing system, to identify a portion of the subset of problem log entries which deviate from corresponding log entries in the reference model. In the portion of the subset, at least one high-value log entry is identified. The at least one high-value log entry is output.
