Disclosed are a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition, and a molded article produced therefrom. The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition includes styrene-based synthetic rubber having a melt index in a range of 30 g/10 min to 100 g/10 min which is measured at a temperature of 190° C. and a load of 2.16 kg, a propylene-ethylene copolymer having a melt index in a range of 60 g/10 min to 150 g/10 min which is measured at a temperature of 230° C. and a load of 2.16 kg, cross-linked rubber, oil, an inorganic filler, and a lubricant in appropriate amounts.

Thermoplastic elastomer resin composition with improved fluidity and molded article produced therefrom

Disclosed is a thermoplastic elastomer composition having a superior low-temperature flexibility is provided. The thermoplastic elastomer composition may include an amount of about 10 to 15 wt % of a polypropylene-ethylene copolymer; an amount of about 70 to 85 wt % of a thermoplastic elastomer including an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer and a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer; an amount of about 5 to 10 wt % of a softener; an amount of about 3 to 5 wt % of a reinforcing agent; and an amount of about 1 wt % or less but greater than 0 wt % of a UV stabilizer based on the total weight of the thermoplastic elastomer composition.

Compositions of high-rigid polypropylene composite resin are provided herein. Such compositions having excellent tactile sensation and dimensional stability, and more particularly, the compositions of polypropylene composite resin having excellent tactile sensation such as thermoplastic rubber, excellent impact strength and rigidity, and low shrinkage anisotropy. The compositions of polypropylene composite resin provided herein also have excellent impact strength and rigidity as well as excellent tactile sensation such as a thermoplastic rubber and low shrinkage anisotropy. Thus, they exhibit excellent moldability and the compositions can be molded into a vehicle component. A composition of polypropylene composite resin having high impact strength and high adhesion is provided. The composition of polypropylene composite resin having high impact strength and high adhesion can largely enhance base adhesion and impact resistance due to a high friction coefficient while providing a similar mechanical property to the related art. The compositions provided herein include mixing a polypropylene polymer, a polyethylene resin composition, and a thermoplastic elastomer, a silane-based propylene polymer, and an inorganic filler as main components at a specific content ratio. The compositions have advantages including process simplification, cost reduction, and eco-friendly without a separate adhering process. Such compositions can be used for interior components such as sun visors, door trims, pillar trims of vehicles and various other industrial components and materials.

Composition of polypropylene having high impact strength and high adhesion

The present invention provides a polypropylene resin composition in a mixture of a pellet (A) and a pellet (B), which is characterized by mixing them with various inorganic fillers and additives, wherein the pellet (A) comprises a long fiber-reinforced composite resin (a) obtained via a pultrusion impregnation process, and the pellet (B) comprises a composite resin (b) that includes polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer. The polypropylene resin composition of the present invention can directly replace thermoplastic elastomer overmolding or painting in automotive parts to which such processes are routinely applied (e.g., interior components of the vehicle), which makes it possible to simplify and reduce the cost of the production process for such parts.
