An operation method of a controller in a transport network supporting communications between an access network and a core network may comprise transmitting a request message for requesting a channel state report to at least one transport node among a plurality of transport nodes included in the transport network; receiving, in response to the request message, a response message including channel state information from the at least one transport node; determining at least one protocol layer to be used in the at least one transport node based on the channel state information; and transmitting a control message including information on the determined at least one protocol layer to the at least one transport node.

The present disclosure relates to an automatic inspection apparatus for generator turbines and a system using the same. The automatic inspection apparatus adjusts the height of an arm via a lifter, adjusts a rotating angle relative to an inspection object via a rotator, and adjusts forward or backward movement of a probe relative to the inspection object via an expansion/contraction unit while moving the arm having the probe on a rail in accordance with positions of a turbine to be inspected. Underwater CCD camera for visual testing of reactor cooling system

In a nondestructive testing apparatus for testing normality of a blade root in a steam turbine installed in a nuclear plant or a thermal plant, an ultrasonic probe and an encoder can be mounted at the outside by only removing a casing of the steam turbine, without the necessity of withdrawing a turbine rotor, so that an automatic testing can be performed by rotating the steam turbine. Since the testing result can be digitally stored, reliability of the testing is improved. Furthermore, size of the testing apparatus is highly reduced for a tester to conveniently carry and install the testing apparatus alone. As a result, installation time and the whole testing time can be minimized.

Nondestructive testing apparatus for blade root of steam turbine of power plant

The present invention relates to a harmonic-noise speech coder and coding algorithm of the mixed signal of voiced/unvoiced sound using harmonic model. The harmonic-noise speech coder comprises a noise spectral estimating means for coding the noise component by predicting the spectral by LPC analysis method after separating the noise, which is unvoiced sound component from the inputted LPC residual signal using cepstrum. And more improved speech quality can be obtained by analyzing noise effectively using the noise spectral model predicted through cepstrum-LPC analysis method of the mixed signal of voiced/unvoiced sound to the existing harmonic model and then coding the signal.

Harmonic-noise speech coding algorithm and coder using cepstrum analysis method

A time-separated speech coder that codes a transitional signal of voiced/unvoiced sound through harmonic speech coding, the coder including a transitional excitation signal analyzer/synthesizer for coding the transitional signal by extracting the harmonic model parameters of both transitional analyzers after detecting a transitional point and generating sinusoidal waveforms according to a variable transitional point separating both transitional analyzers. By the transitional point at which energy varies abruptly and the time-separated coding based on the transitional point, more improved speech quality than in the general harmonic speech coder can be obtained using the time-separated speech coder by increasing the representation capability of the transitional signal with large energy variation, after adapting it to the variable transitional point.

Speech coding system and method using time-separated coding algorithm

A fast search method for LSP (Linear Spectrum Pair) quantization is provided. The fast search method in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps. A first step is obtaining a target vector and a code vector. The target vector and the code vector are converted for ordering property. A second step is generating a code book having the ordering property for sub-matrices by utilizing the target vector and the code vector. A third step is selecting a particular line for determining a search scope in the code books and sorting the code book in descending order with respect to component values of the particular line. A fourth step is determining the search scope by utilizing the ordering property of the target vector and the sorted code vectors. The fifth step is obtaining an error standard by utilizing the target vector and the code vector, and obtaining an optimal code vector by utilizing the error standard within the determined search scope.
