The present disclosure includes apparatuses, methods, and systems for pre-decoder circuitry. An embodiment includes a memory array including a plurality of memory cells, decoder circuitry coupled to the memory array, wherein the decoder circuitry comprises a first n-type transistor having a first gate and a second n-type transistor having a second gate, and pre-decoder circuitry configured to provide a bias condition for the first gate and second gate to provide a selection signal to one of the plurality of memory cells, wherein the bias condition comprises: a positive voltage for the first gate and a negative voltage for the second gate for a positive configuration for the memory cells, and zero volts for the first gate and the negative voltage for the second gate for a negative configuration for the memory cells.

Pre-decoder circuity

A timing control circuit in an integrated circuit memory device. The circuit has an input line, a first output line and a second output line. The input line configured to receive a control signal for the timing control circuit to generate, a first selection input on the first output line and a second selection input on the second output line. In response to the control signal transitioning from a first state to a second state, the first selection input completes a first transition before the second selection input starts a second transition (e.g., for selection between 0V and &#x2212;4.5V); and in response to the control signal transitioning from the second state to the first state, the second selection input completes a third transition before the first selection input starts fourth transition (e.g., for selection between 5V and 1.2V). The sequential transitions avoid simultaneous selection of 5V and &#x2212;4.5V.

Timing control of voltage supply during polarity transition

A memory device may include a first wordline and a second wordline, each having multiple memory cells. The memory device may also include control circuitry to facilitate writing a data pattern to the memory cells of the first wordline and facilitate copying the data pattern from the first wordline to the second wordline. Copying the first wordline to the second wordline may include activating the second wordline such that the first wordline and the second wordline are simultaneously active. A memory cell of the first wordline may be written a data value of the data pattern, and the memory cell may drive, at least partially, a corresponding memory cell of the second wordline with the data value.

Systems and methods for writing zeros to a memory array

A memory device may include a memory array comprising at least two sections. Each of the sections may further include multiple memory cells. The memory device may also include one or more controllers designed to receive one or more commands to initiate writing logical data to the multiple memory cells of a first section and a second section. Additionally, the writing may alternate between the first section and the second section until the first section and second section have been entirely written with the logical data.

Systems and methods for plate voltage regulation during memory array access

Aspects of the present disclosure eliminating the need for a memory device to have both a shifter that shifts input pin values from an input domain into a parity domain and another shifter that shifts a decoded command from the input domain into the parity domain. A memory device can achieve this by, when parity is being performed, shifting the input from the input pins into the parity domain prior to decoding the command. Using a multiplexer, the decoder can receive the command pin portion of the shifted input when parity checking is being performed and can receive the un-shifted command pin input when parity checking is not being performed. The decoder can use the command pin portion of the shifted input to generate shifted and decoded commands or can use the un-shifted command pin input to generate decoded commands.

Reduced shifter memory system

A memory device may include a memory array, which may also include, multiple memory cells. The memory device may also include one or more counters designed to generate internal memory addresses to sequentially access the memory cells and facilitate writing logical zeros to all of the memory cells.

A memory device may include a memory array that includes multiple memory cells. The memory device may also include multiple sense amplifiers that, in operation, may each be connected to one or more memory cells. The sense amplifiers may be designed to assist in writing logical zeros to the multiple memory cells.

Memory devices and systems in which array data lines of a local data bus are shared between two or more memory bank groups in a memory array. In one embodiment, a memory device is provided, comprising a memory array, I/O gating circuitry, and a local data bus. The local data bus can include a plurality of array data lines shared between two or more memory bank groups of the memory array. The local data bus can electrically couple and transfer data between the two or more memory bank groups and the I/O gating circuitry. In some embodiments, one or more data latches can be electrically coupled to the local data bus to (i) transfer data off the local data bus to free the plurality of data lines for subsequent data transfers and/or (ii) match varying data propagation timings on the local data with column generations of the memory bank groups.

Memory with a reduced array data bus footprint

Methods and apparatuses are provided for driver circuits without voltage level shifters. An example apparatus includes a semiconductor device including a row decoder circuit that includes a driver circuit and a switching circuit. The driver circuit is configured to receive an input signal having a first logical value, a first voltage signal, and a configurable power signal. The driver circuit is further configured to provide an output signal having the first logical value based on the first signal having the first logical value. A voltage level of the input signal is based on the first voltage signal and a voltage level the output signal is based on the configurable voltage signal. The switching circuit is configured to receive the first voltage signal and a second voltage signal and to provide the configurable voltage signal having a voltage level of one of the first voltage signal or the second voltage signal.
