A touch input sensing device configured to be added to an electronic device, the electronic device including a touch input unit, the touch input unit including a first touch member integrated with a housing. The touch input sensing device includes a resonant circuit configured to generate a resonance signal having a resonant frequency that varies based on a touch of the touch input unit, a digital frequency counter configured to count a reference frequency signal based on the resonance signal, or count the resonance signal based on the reference frequency signal, to generate a count value, and a touch detector configured to detect whether the touch of the touch input unit has occurred based on the count value generated by the digital frequency counter, and output a touch detection signal indicating whether the touch has occurred.

A touch sensing device includes: an oscillation circuit including a sensing inductor disposed inside a touch member, a part of a cover of an electronic device, and generating an oscillation signal according to whether a touch has occurred through the touch member; a signal processor converting the oscillation signal into a digital sensing signal; a reference signal generator updating a reference signal based on the digital sensing signal; and a signal detector outputting a detection signal by detecting whether a touch has occurred through the touch member, using the reference signal and the digital sensing signal.

A switching operation sensing apparatus includes an input operation unit, an oscillation circuit, a frequency digital converter, and a touch detection circuit. The input operation unit includes a first switching member integrally formed with a housing. The oscillation circuit is configured to generate an oscillation signal having a resonant frequency, varying based on a capacitive change or an inductive change, depending on a touch input member in contact with the first switching member during an input operation. The frequency digital converter is configured to convert the oscillation signal into a count value. The touch detection circuit is configured to detect capacitive sensing and inductive sensing based on a slope change of the count value received from the frequency digital converter, and output corresponding touch detection signals of different levels based on the detection.

The driver is configured to apply a driving signal to the driving coil to move the lens barrel along an optical axis. The position detector is configured to generate an oscillation signal of which a frequency is changed based on movement of the magnet and configured to compare oscillation signals generated in a first position and a second position of the lens barrel to detect a present position of the lens barrel.

A camera module actuator includes, a magnet, a coil, a driver, and a position estimating processor. The coil is disposed to face the magnet. The driver is configured to move the magnet by applying a driving signal to the coil. The position estimating processor is configured to estimate a position of the magnet from an oscillating signal. A digital frequency measuring apparatus includes a frequency divider dividing an input frequency signal and providing a divided frequency signal; a period counter counting clock cycles in a period of the divided frequency signal using a clock signal and providing a period count value for each period; and a digital filter amplifying the period count value using an accumulated gain, converting an amplified period count value into a frequency, and providing a first digital output value. The digital filter determines the accumulated gain using a predetermined stage number and a predetermined decimator factor.
