The present invention is related to a construction machine, the construction machine including: a main pump; a swing motor operated by the main pump; a swing valve configured to control flow of the hydraulic oil by the main pump to supply the hydraulic oil to the swing motor and to control the flow of the hydraulic oil having been discharged from the swing motor; a hydraulic oil control valve unit configured to control the flow of the hydraulic oil according to a pressure of the hydraulic oil at opposite ends; a first accumulator configured to store the hydraulic oil when the swing motor is decelerated; a regeneration control valve provided between the hydraulic oil control valve unit and the first accumulator; and a controller configured to control the hydraulic oil control valve unit and the regeneration control valve by determining acceleration or deceleration of the swing motor.

A construction machine according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: an engine; a boom cylinder which is divided into a head side and a rod side; a regeneration line through which hydraulic fluid discharged from the head side of the boom cylinder moves when the boom descends; a regeneration motor which is connected with the regeneration line and is operated, and assists the engine; a pilot pump which generates a pilot pressure; a pilot line through which pilot hydraulic fluid discharged from the pilot pump moves; a regeneration connection line which connects the pilot line and the regeneration line; an on/off valve installed in the regeneration connection line; and a control device which closes the on/off valve when a pressure of the pilot line drops below a predetermined pressure or the hydraulic fluid discharged from the boom cylinder is supplied to the regeneration motor.

The system comprises: an electric motor; a capacitor for storing electricity generated by the electric motor; a hydraulic pump motor driven by the electric motor to supply working oil to a boom; a boom control valve having a closed circuit selectively connecting/disconnecting a discharge line and an inlet line of the hydraulic pump motor to/from a head or a load of the boom; a main pump arranged separately from the motor to supply working oil; a boom-assisting valve connecting discharge lines of the main pump and the hydraulic pump motor to combine discharged working oil; and a control unit controlling the electric motor, the hydraulic pump motor, and the boom control valve. The system minimizes energy loss during excavation, ensures performance of the boom, and recovers regenerative energy from the boom.
