The present invention relates to novel antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof that specifically bind to TransMembrane 4 Superfamily Member 4 (TM4SF4). These antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof exhibit proliferation inhibitory activity of cancer cells so as to effectively prevent or treat cancer, and reduce the self-renewal ability of cancer stem cells to be usefully used even in the treatments of cancer with a poor prognosis in conventional anticancer treatments.

The present invention relates to a biodegradable polymer microsphere-containing sustained-release injection containing escitalopram as an active ingredient, and to a method for manufacturing the same. In the case of escitalopram microspheres, there is a problem of low encapsulation rate, fracture due to weak strength, and initial over-release due to the phase separation of the liquid drug and the polymer inside the microspheres. In order to solve the problem, it is possible to maximize the encapsulation amount and the encapsulation efficiency of the escitalopram adding a hydrophobic solidifying agent to uniformize the non-uniform phase, to overcome the cracking of the microspheres at high loading conditions, and to properly control the initial release and release delay of the microspheres.

A method for labelling a sulfide compound with technetium or rhenium, comprising the reaction of a disulfide compound with pertechnetate or perrhenate in the presence of borohydride exchange resin to obtain a complex of technetium or rhenium with the sulfide compound. Method for labelling technetium or rhenium using borohydride exchange resin

The present invention relates to a method of preparing technetium or rhenium complex for radiopharmaceuticals, through reaction of pertechnetate or perrhenate with a ligand in the presence of a reducing agent, wherein the reducing agent is a borohydride exchange resin (BER). The borohydride exchange resin of the present invention has advantages of being stable in a wide range of Ph, including acidic or alkaline condition(Ph 2&#x2dc;14) and thus being applicable to biological materials as well as being easily removable through filtration when being administrated. Also since the radiolabelled complex is produced under conditions milder than those required for the conventional reducing agents as well as has high radiochemical purity and high labeling efficiency, the conventional reducing agents can be replaced by the BER of the present invention.

Method for the preparation of technetium or rhenium complex for radiopharmaceuticals

This invention is a catamenial pad or a tampon or a diaper which contains carboxymethylalginate (CMA) and alginic acid salt. The pad or diaper can be made from fibers composed of CMA alone or a mixture of CMA and alginic acid salt. CMA may be prepared by reacting chloroacetic acid, NaOH, and an alginic acid salt dispersed in a liquid aliphatic alcohol. More in detail, CMA can be prepared by a reaction in which sodium alginate is dispersed into ethanol, reacted with NaOH and chloroacetic acid at 40.degree.-50.degree.C. with agitation. The CMA can be spun into fibers and then it can be prepared into non-woven fabric. The fabric pad or diaper can be made into various designs. The fabric or the fiber has high absorbency, water-retentivity, stability, and coagulating ability against blood.
